I’ve had the best massage in Tucson here– it took me some time to find a good place to go to get a massage and tried this place based on the other reviews. And they are right– this place is great.
From the moment I walked in everyone there was nice, polite, and helpful. The massage therapist was good and listened to my requests, adjusting the massage as needed.
The rooms are small and cozy, but my favorite part is that they are dimly lit, which really adds to the level of comfort and gives more privacy.
If you are looking for a good massage, this place is great!
BTW– they’ve changed their name to Spa Solai now.

I called on a Saturday morning to get a deep tissue massage. They got me in right away! The staff was terrific. The massage was amazing! ! I recommend Spa Niva, and plan on making this my «special» place.

Omg! Yay! Found my fave spot! Spa was so clean and beautiful but the staff was also very friendly. Being in the hospitality industry myself, i really appreciate good customer service. Tessa did my manicure and my sad little cuticles have never looked better :) she did great work on my hands and shellac polish came out great. I will definitely be back but maybe for a massage, facial and pedicure next time. Whaaaat. ;) I can indulge a little. I know what to put on my Christmas list.

I threw out my back and wanted to get all my knots worked out. The masseuse (I don’t remember her name sorry!) was great! But I don’t get many massages so I can’t compare it to many experiences.
They didn’t know how to handle the «gift card» I had purchased through Unilocal but they let me go in and handled it while I was being worked on.

I had an utterly relaxing experience here at Spa NiVa. The interior is large, clean, and welcoming. I was able to make an appointment for a one hour massage the day prior.
My masseuse was very sweet and friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She asked me what I needed from the massage, which is not the first time someone has, but she is one of the few who actually delivered on everything I requested. She used strong pressure to work out the tough knots in my upper back, checking in my me periodically, but also provided a very relaxing massage near the end that actually put me to sleep which was also a first for me. The room itself was a perfect temperature and very hard to leave at the end of the hour.
I will definitely try to come regularly !!
Oh! An currently they have a special for $ ⁴⁵⁄₁ hour massage instead of the usual $ 65… go now!!!

3 Reasons Why I DID Treat Myself to a Massage
1. I wholeheartedly trust Spa NiVa.
2. My back had a bazillion [read: maybe ten] knots.
3. I had in my possession a gift card that «needed» to be redeemed.
That’s how guilty I feel about spending money, on a massage, for myself. I feel so guilty that I need to justify why I’m spending my money in this manner, during a review which is written to persuade you to go spend your money in this manner.
This Spa NiVa location is a recipe for success: welcoming professionals, an immaculate space, and notable services. I went in for a massage with Starr, who by the way is a rockStar®. She applied adequate pressure to rid me of the previously mentioned knots. Afterwards, I was ecstatic to discover the Summer Special pricing a 60-​minute massage at $ 45 instead of the usually $ 75 through the end of September.
So, here’s the dealio:
If I did get massages regularly, I would get them here. If I needed some sort of therapy [mani, pedi, facial, waxing, the works] to boost my self esteem and/​or physical and mental health, I would do that here. If I planned a friends-​go-​to-​the-​spa day, I would do it here.
For now, since I don’t do these things often [read: ever], I will toot Spa NiVa’s horn majorly and highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to do the above items.

A truly great experience. Had my second massage ever here and will not be going anywhere else again. Very relaxing and a great location – right next to the UA, Grimaldi’s and Allegra.
