Completely unelthical bussiness. I purchased my 1 and 2nd mod. Here… My 1st mod although looked as if it had beem thru war worked perfectly however was missing a screw… I left with southwest to have the screw replaced … at. the time of a a purchase of a brand new mod. After MANY stories… it“s at my house… it’s trashed and not worth keeping… my tech guy has it not sure where it is… I will have to look into. this further– were not sure you paid for it… the final answer was this… «Your broken and damaged iStick was disposed of. As indicated on the document you signed, we are not making any additional concessions» I NEVER signed anything regarding my org. Mod!!! FURTHER Be aware this company uses pvc plastic to bottle there juice not a food approved plastic! Becasue PET(FOODAPPROVED) woild COSTTHANDOUBLE… this is am indication of how much they care about your health. I must say I am incredibly disappointed with the level of all other customer service of the staff at this store. My 1st purchase with vaping was here & I got an excellent mod I also purchased 3 subtanks(ober a $ 250 purchase!!) The 1st mod. I purchased was so excellent I absolutely adored it! I also love the performance my first mod. After 4 months mod was not in very good condition, missing a screw. I dropped it off to have a screw replased although my mod. looked awfully bad it still worked perfectly(I have MANY reputable witness) JUSTMISSING A SCREW… INTHEEND I GOTSCREWEDFORTRUSTINGTHESEPPL– PLEASEDONTMAKETHESAMEMISTAKE! Get everything in writing and keep in a . UPDATE: I spoke to one of the owner — she direcly lied to me!(don’t waste your $ on trashy equipment!) I was promised Silicone covers for both my old mod. and my new mod. NOW I have no backup besides a blister kit I was forced into purchasing. I have been treated poorly by staff although I always made a point to call in advance when was coming in for anything. Franchise needs to work on customer service skills and take time to listen, ASSURING any problems are corrected.- NOTTHROWINGYOURWORKINGMURCHANDICEINTHEGARBAGE! I am sure they used my old. mod … I recommend trying. OPV– I am sure if you talk to them they will price match for you.(I have to give a HUGE shot out to Unilocal for giving me a voice when I was shut down by everyone else! As soon as my review of the store and my problems were posted the store was in touch with me with in an hour! Kiddos to the socialmedia!!) — PLEASE do not underestimate the power of your word! ALSO! there is supposed to be a 90 day replacement for your purchases! SUPPOSED to be in 90 days coverage point– knowing your rights is also important… Yes I repeated myself There should be absolutely no question whether I(or you should get a replacement for a bunk mod) Especially if the peoformance isn’t to your standards or you are not pleased with the peoformance –Even after letting the owner know there was a problem I was put in a position by staff that I MUST purchase a bilster kit from them just to get me by. Vaping s fun and I really do get a kick out of watching the kids do tricks with however, I must repeat myself again there needs to be a more rigourous instruction concerning customer service. Esp. As a franchise. REMEMBERTHATTHIIS A BIGINVESTMENT– in yourself! I’ve been an honorable and good customer to this particular store since day #1 of vaping. Due to the actions of the founders I DONOT recommend shopping here(any location) for ANYTHING –ALSO they use pvc plastic to Bottle their juice not PET(FOODAPPROVED). This is a direct indication of how mich this franchise cares for your health. I encourage you to shop at OPV. This ia an investment in yourself, you are making a wise decision. Just left the store completely satisfied with a purchase of a new Vape at a VERY reasonable price! Not to mention the wide selection of E-Juice they have! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! I have had countless horrible experiences at many shops around Tucson! Thank God I finally found one that offers so many options, flavors, and an incredibly helpful staff! Thank you Jason and Dallas for the exceptional service! I will be back!
