Needed a few cables and whatnot for a long road trip. Stopped in, got friendly service and was out the door in 5 minutes with the perfect cables. Thanks, guys!

I had a stereo and sub that I purchased online installed by these guys. They never tried to upsell me or mistreat me for not purchasing the stereo and sub through them. Once I told them what I wanted, they gave me a fair price. The people that work there are some of the nicest people I’ve met in Tucson. Mikey is awesome and treats you like family. The owner Chris was extremely helpful in making sure I got everything I wanted. When I left an installation part at home, Chris actually gave me a ride to get it. Matt seemed very knowledgable and did a great job on the installation. I have had some questions in setting up my system after the installation and they have been more than willing to assist me. So far so good. The only bad that I can think of is the area the business is located in isn’t the best part of town, but I never felt unsafe.

These guys were/are fantastic. They got me in right away, finished the job quickly, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They also beat their competitor’s prices by at least 30%. And they were friendly too; always a bonus nowadays.

I purchased a new stereo system for my fiancé for Christmas. My father generously offered to pay for the installation of this new stereo and new speakers in his H3. My fiancé and I were skeptical when he told us where we needed to go for installation — Oracle and Grant. After the installation, there was a high pitched whining noise from one of the speakers whenever the car is accelerated. The car no longer«dings» when a door is opened while the engine is running(same goes for the low gas alarm and every other normal«dinging» car noise). We took the car back the next day(the work was finished very close to 5pm the first day). The owner and some other guy(Moses and/or Michael) pulled the dash and car doors apart. They said they could not locate the source of these problems and therefore must be the brand new stereo. Naturally, they had a more expensive unit to sell to us. We’ve been unable to make any further progress on this, since the shop swears they didn’t do anything incorrectly. My fiancé is active duty military and he’s been unable to go back during the week because of his work schedule. SoundFX has told us that they are closed on Saturdays. I called another(REPUTABLE) shop as soon as we found out the installation was botched and a five-minute conversation with them confirmed that SoundFX had NOT used the correct wiring harness and there was likely a short(or a wire(s) that was not grounded properly. My fiancé is now telling me that the speaker problem is getting more aggravating and the stereo(remember, BRANDNEWUNIT) is now cutting off randomly while he drives. As a side note: the speakers(Kicker) that were installed were purchased from SoundFX. After my father realized he’d been significantly overcharged, SoundFX told him that they would install the dash unit for free. These guys might be cheap to start out with, but not in the end. These guys are probably lucky that I haven’t stepped foot in their shop because I am FURIOUS over installation this poorly done, but if anything else goes wrong, I will be down there in person. If this has done any permanent damage to the other circuitry in my fiancé’s truck, I will be hiring a lawyer to make SoundFX pay for the damages. Avoid this place. Pay the extra $ 40 to have someone else do your installation.
