When we moved into a new house a little over two years ago we were finally able to get out of our Comcast bundle that was our only option in our condo. We called Simply Bits after hearing from our neighbor that they were a great option. They were correct! In over 2 years we’ve only had 1 or 2 service interruptions and it was only for about 20 min. 1 time we found out it was our router that was the problem when we called their customer support. How great is it to talk to a local support person who knows what they’re talking about! We stream on 2 devices at the same time flawlessly at all times of day. I can watch my shows while my husband streams a game. The quality doesn’t fluctuate like our cable provider’s internet did. We’re glad there is an alternative option for good quality Internet service in Tucson.

I could not get internet with anyone else on my street, go figure– I am off River near First. A neighbor recommended Simply Bits. I have had no problems– we run Netflix, 2 laptops and phones over WIFI. I have the ‘middle’ service. People complain about the contract– I have had Cox, Dish, DirectTV– the all had contracts. I am very happy with my internet service.

I was a customer with this company for more than 5 years. I got a job in another state and had to move. Even after more than 5 years paying my bill they charged me a $ 200 cancellation fee. This is a horrible way to treat a loyal customer.

i purchased the simply bits service in jan 2015, the service was good, did not really have any down time. unfortunately i did sign a 3 year contract, and that was fine at the time, but in very sad news i had to close my business down. i contacted my sales rep mike, well after two month and me having to send an email asking if they had picked up the equipment from the roof of my old leased building. i was called back by a sales rep named lisa, and then by their director of sales lisa moore. i was given no real solution to my problem, but i was told that i would still be responsible for the remainder of the contract. that’s about $ 3800.00 that would be great if i was keeping the service. but i was told by a cold hearted person it’s a contract and that’s all they can say. don’t they understand that losing your business is a very gut wrenching experience? i even offered to pay for the phone line for the next three years, just in-case a customer calls with questions. but i would not want to pay for the internet services since i would not be able to using them. but again a cold response of «you signed a 3 year contract». so i give you a buyer bewares heads up.

At first, I couldn’t complain because it was one of the only providers in my rural area. Sure the speeds were not«Cox» fast, but I managed to get by just fine(although videos and such did take forever to load.) So then one day I noticed that my Skype video calls started dropping every 10 minutes, super glitchy, etc. This was the beginning. A few weeks later I notice that the internet just stops working every once in a while. Next, it started working for 5 minutes, but goes off for 10 minutes. Then by the end(all of October), there were multiple days where the internet just did not work. They did however gain a little bit of respect from me because they sent someone out to check the antenna every time I complained and they waived the cancellation/contract breakage fee. Sure, their customer service is good, but I think the cost to modernize their hardware and equipment is just too high, so the quality is terrible. :/ In the end, I ended up signing up with a month to month from Western Communications and Satellites… I LOVEIT! The internet is now very reliable and ten times faster.

Used them for 2 years for slower expensive service at my home. It was my only option at the time. Now my equipment is broken, no call from anyone that was promised to come and fix it, they didn’t upgrade my tower so I cannot get fast service, which no one told me, and they want $ 199 to cancel. Everyone I have dealt with has an I don’t care attitude, customer service went out the window.
