Took our Jeep in for a «death wobble». Assessments and estimates were clear, concise. Excellent communication throughout by email and phone. I would highly recommend!

Not so good this time around.
Horrible communication (I left two phone numbers, was told I would be contacted around 11. No. At 12:30 called, someone took my name and number. Didn’t hear a word. At 4 I called and didn’t really seem like my problem was diagnosed. Nothing was actually done or worked on. And since place closed at 5, not much else to be done. Paid a bit for that too price wise.

They out right lied to me as to where I had fluid leaks. After being suspicious of their diagnoses I took my car to another mechanic and my suspicion proved right.
