Bad place to live, terrible customer service from managers. The gardens are always dirty. People always slaming doors, screaming, fighting. At least 4 of the 7 days of the week the police is in the parking lot. I have been living here for almost a year and can’t wait to move out. If you want a save place to live this is NOT the place. Do not move here. The ladies at the office dont pay attention to compaints. Whenever the apartment needs something such a light bulbs, new air filter the maintenance people take forever to come and sometimes these things never get replace no matter how many times you inform the office. Its a gated comunity but its not safe at all, the doors are always open.

I moved in here as I needed a place Fast, and cheap. A studio with Heat/AC and water included is about $ 445…$ 10+ month for pets. No security Dep required, but I was surprised on move-in day when I received the lease. A NON-refundable pet deposit of $ 150 was added. I checked Sierra Vista out during the daylight hours, and it seemed«OK». I’ve lived in much nicer complexes. The apt was dirty when I moved in,-about 10+ hours to clean it myself. A smashed cockroach on the wall– still there as I don’t want to touch it. A filthy HVAC filter that blew dust into my face. ICK. Garbage being dumped 10′ rom my door, and then the bug infestation… I thought it was bedbugs, but after 3 months of hounding the management they«sprayed» a few times with NO results. I was being bitten in bed! YES, cockroaches DO bite, if they have no other food source. All my edibles are kept in airtight containers. I spent upwards of $ 700+ buying pesticides(natural), laundering linens and clothing last summer.* I was in a constant state of anxiety. Recently, my new neighbor called the Health Department as her apt was infested as well. They offered her to bomb her apt, but she still sees roaches occasionally. The agents in the office lie, and the documents they prepare are rarely correct. READTHEM thoroughly before you sign if still want to move here. The residents don’t give a crap about picking up after their dogs either. No pun intended. It is a «crime-free» property, and they installed a keyed fence to drive through, but as a neighbor put it, «It’s to keep the criminals in», and there is a door that is always kept unlocked in the back. So much for security. I’ve had a couple creepy guys follow me back to my apartment, mailbox tampering, and the squad cars visiting is a weekly occurrence. The place is filthy, people screaming at each other, obvious drug activity and simply put I do not feel safe. Especially if you’re a single woman, do not move here! *Bug problem??? Try Diatemaceous Earth, and Cedarcide-Both organic and pet friendly-They work!
