This place sucks! DONOTWORKHERE! They do not care about their employees! You will get threatened on the floor for sitting at the«wrong computer» by thug ex-convict chollos trying to intimidate you out of your seat! Management lets the bullying happen! Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere! Not to mention, benefits suck and are just near non-existent,

I am voicing my concern over the service I have received in regards to my service call. I have been waiting on an appointment for two weeks. I was scheduled 8am-12pm on Saturday, September 7th. At 9am this morning I received a call that they may be running late. At 12:45pm I called on an eta, and was told they would be here by 2pm, but more like 1:30pm. They arrived at 3:15 at which time I was on hold with the call center waiting to speak to a supervisor. The representative, Leonard, I was speaking to put me on hold, came back on the line and then proceeded to tell me his name was Barbara. I am sorry I have done business with Sears. I should have just purchased a new machine, so there would be no other need to do business with Sears again.

We are AWESOME!!! This is the Sears call center. In my Department we take inbound calls from people across the US who need assistance with a broken appliance. We attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the problem, if we are unsuccessful we then schedule a Sears Tech to go out and fix the appliance. We have superior customer service and go out of our way to fix the problem over the phone so the customer does not have to wait for a repair.
