Just bought a washing machine. Very easy process. Tyler our salesperson was great not pushy at all and very informative. Thank you Tyler. Price matching an Internet price was a breeze and free delivery. Also a better selection than best buy. Overall great experience.

I hardly ever shop here but the last few times I’ve been here I’ve been able to find some really great deals. The quality is decent, you won’t find high end brands here (unless you consider the Kardashian brand a top end brand). But the clothes are cute, classic, and affordable.
Unfortunately the customer service is bad. Almost every time I have to make a payment, I usually use half cash, half check. This seems to confuse a lot of the employees. They’re not as friendly or informed about the department, they’re just there to ring you up.

Jose and his crew did the right thing and got the installation completed. It took a lot of loud complaining on my part, but it happened. I’ve decided to increase my rating to two stars because of the follow-​through.

We went to lunch at Red Robin at the Tucson mall watched Wild cats WIN VS WEBER.
Then went to Sears next store. Straight to the Beds to see if any deals around. We met Kim Neil she spent time with us .She didnt act annoyed while we bounced from one floor model to the other. I cant say enough about her being so kind while we were like 2 monkeys litterly bouncing, resting, head going up feet going up. Zero gravity base is my next purchase. lost my sandals for a while having so much fun. A queen needs a queen. Well I love a plush, my husband wants it firm. Seperate bedrooms? The floor models were DUAL soft on one side and firm on the other side so you could compare. Sterns n Foster OMG
This is the best mattress deal I have ever found. Is it possible for husband n wife to be happy and comfortable in the same bed? I vote yes. The price was a 1970’s price. I am telling you the floor models rock. Its the best deal in town. SEARS! time to give them another chance! Didn’t use a sears cc and haven’t been in the store in 5 years. This is a solid tip.

Poor Sears. It’s sad to see the condition of this place. However, let me fill you in on this bit of info. My 5 year old Cussinart toaster recently just toasted black on one side and light on the other. OK. So we went to Best Buy after doing tremendous research on toasters and came up with Oster being a good reliable toaster. Brought it home and it did the same thing. Toast on one side black and the other light. Now, I am freaking out. Hubby bought it back to Best Buy with the aforementioned piece of toast. They refunded our credit card for the full amount. I’m really freaked because toast in my breakfast choice with almond butter. I’m just set in my ways. So, I just tried babying the Cuissinart by watching carefully to cancel when I believed would be enough time to try to achieve having an edible slice of toast. This is when the toaster started smoking, sparks, and a wicked smell of burning. Sent Hubby out to find me something. I didn’t care where he went, I just wanted to have my piece of toast tomorrow morning. We went to Target, Bed n Bath, Walmart, and they just a few ones which were not on our radar. So last minute, he went to Sear’s in the Mall and lo and behold there sat a beautiful wide slotted Hamilton Beach toaster. $ 29.00 but was on sale to $ 27.00. When opening the box up, silently praying that it would work and YES. I got evenly toasted bread. They had a small variety of toasters but at least the right one for us. It is still sad to say that they had little stock of other things, but a decent supply only of large appliances. It’s been an American institution since I was a little girl.

Great prices on the Named Brand that we wanted. The salesman, Dan, was very helpful in using our earned points to purchase war rates for all our appliances. Use your Sears credit card and earn points.

Went to get a stoller from sears in the tucson mall; the people at the store were nice but not well informed. they had to check multiple places and times to see if the item we were buying had a warranty or if it did not. Same issue happended in the next sectional when asking about high chairs, Please educate your employees! Pretty much lost the sale as far as my mind went…
