Called Scott Guerin when my heater went out on one of the coldest days. He diagnosed the problem, went out and bought the part then came back and put it in — approximately 2.5 hours total. He charged me $ 300, did not give me a receipt and when questioned about the cost, said, «that’s what the boss said to charge.» He told me they would mail out a detailed receipt, but when that did not happen I called to request one AGAIN. I was assured they would mail one out — I am still waiting nearly a week later! I do NOT recommend Scott Guerin’s Heating & Cooling company!!!
