We have banked here for about the past 7 years and have always had great customer service. Very friendly employees. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been with Pyramid for about 5 months now and I can truly say that I am very happy with their customer service. Their online banking is pretty limited but I can do what is most important and that is check my balance and use Bill Pay. This particular location shares a space with Telco and all the ladies in there are very nice. I love being able to walk into the branch and have the teller know my name. The place is always clean and there is never a long line when I go in, usually Fridays between 5:30pm and 6pm. You can’t really see the bank from the street, it’s on the Northwest corner, in the Ross Plaza.
