Not your ordinary Pilates class experience! Instead of feeling lost on a mat in a class, confused about what you should be doing and feeling, Lorraine will calmly, expertly guide you through movements, explaining the hows and whys as you go. Even as a beginner, you feel completely comfortable. She is an exceptional teacher and her studio is absolutely beautiful, very soothing and tasteful. She has trained with the best, and taught classes for years; her expertise really shows. If you are ready and willing to invest in yourself, you must, must, must take a class or 10 from Lorraine.

I have been attending sessions here for several months and am always amazed at the expertise and intuition that Lorraine has in coaxing me to connect with certain specific muscles. This has been a great experience in assisting me to attain proper body alignment. The studio is beautiful and tranquil and I strongly recommend Power House Pilates.
