Power Duct Cleaning

Unfortunately you can not give this business a no star. Purchased their famous $ 49 duct cleaning package on Living Social. They cancelled my first appointment. For my rescheduled appointment they call the day prior to verify my date and time table of their arrival. Today, they did not show up nor did they follow up with a courtesy call with an explanation or to reschedule. The company lacks commitment, courtesy, and loyalty. They do not deserve a single star. Please avoid doing business with this company.

This company is a hot mess. I saw a Living Social deal for $ 49 for air vent and dryer duct cleaning, and purchased it specifically because I’m concerned about my dryer vent. Before purchasing, I called to confirm that there would be no problem or extra charge for the fact that we live in a 3-​story townhouse, and our dryer vents to the roof — and was told that no, that would be absolutely fine. Fast forward to when I call to schedule the appointment. First, the appointment setter tells me that because I live in a three-​story house, I will have to buy three vouchers, as each floor is treated as a separate «unit.» Naturally, I called customer support to find out why this wasn’t made clear in the Living Social offer. Customer service then tells me that no, I don’t have to buy a separate voucher for each floor, but that unfortunately my dryer vent isn’t covered, because it exhausts to the roof (the opposite of what I was told before purchasing). But they assured me it was no problem, because I could call Living Social for a refund — because apparently wasting my time and misleading me isn’t a problem for them. Unbelievable!
