When this place was 7−11/ Lavicios, my family began a tradition of stopping by this store at the onset of every trip to Mt. Lemon to buy a sandwich and snacks. Now, 5 years later, the place is now Park Deli & Liquor but the sandwiches haven’t changed and this is still the first stop we make on our way to Mt. Lemon. In these days where you can find a QT in most areas, I still find this place to be relevant.

What was once a 711 /​Lavicios Deli, has been reborn as «Park Deli & Liquor». Newly remodeled interior, but the same concept resides. Preformed sandwiches, to which your choice of toppings can be added (no, not quite like Subway… just the basics). Fairly inexpensive ($ 5-​$ 6 for a footlong), small sandwiches available also (tuna salad, chicken salad, bologna etc.)
The rest of the store… well it’s a convenience store! Booze, soda, candy, beef jerky, male enhancement pills by cash register…
It’ll do in a pinch, but I likely won’t salivate at the thought of a sub from here…
