Came here to look at wedding invitations. Great collection and fits anyone’s budget from $ 150-$ 2,000(for 100). If you’re wondering, cheaper invitations are Carlson Craft and the priciest would be Vera Wang. But, Carlson Craft has some with ecru paper and letterpress. They also offered us a 20% off coupon if we ordered from them. Ask the staff for their promotions going up until February. The staff is really nice, but the store gets quite busy and they don’t have a designated person to solely help you with invitations. The place could use a little cleaning up too. Boxes were everywhere on the table where you flip through the books, but they apologized since they were stocking that week. Too DIY for us though. They don’t have anything in-house so it’s another headache to find a calligrapher or someone to do return addressing. Saves you a couple hundred bucks to do it through this store, but its just not for us. We found a perfect company and person that has the same collection as Papyrus and does all the printing and wording etiquette for you. A couple hundred bucks more, but all the worth while for stress-free wedding planning :) This place is very convenient and perfect for DIY couples. You don’t need an appointment! Just walk through towards the back and help yourselves. When you’re ready, just let the staff know and I“m sure they’ll help you order, just not as quickly if the store is busy, so go on a weekday early morning.

Terrible staff. Brand new counter clerk who knew very little. Manager in back«taking a break» and would not come out to help a customer. Trying to place a custom order and no one could help me or take the order. So took my business to Plunkett’s Hallmark Store where they were incredibly helpful and have plenty of knowledgable staff.

I hate that I love this store so much. It’s a chain I know and I feel like I should be heading to a local stationary store when looking for nice greeting cards, but I just love their product so so much. Cards that aren’t’ cheesy and sappy but are beautiful. And there are so many great choices for every type of event. I also love looking at all the other little products they sell. If you’re going to go non local for cards just skip Hallmark and come here.

It’s a typical Papyrus– great greeting cards and high quality wrapping paper. I gave it three stars for a few reasons(although it’s more like 3.5 stars). When my sister and I walked in we were the only people in the store, yet we weren’t greeted by either of the two employees. I actually did have a couple of questions for them regarding envelopes but they just ignored us, even as I flipped through the binders of sample wedding invitations. I love their products, although they’re a bit pricey(but they are VERY high quality). Their boxed sets of stationery and cards are really cute, but sometimes I feel so clausterphobic– the tables of product are placed so closely together that I feel like a bull in a china shop. Overall, if you need high quality stationery/cards and don’t mind a higher price point, this is a good place to go.

I love to go here for cards! This is where I go to get greeting cards for those that are closest to me. I can spend a lot of time going through the cards. What I love about them is that they are«heavy-duty» cards. Not flimsy. They are unique and simply beautiful. In addition, this store has so many fun trinkets. Some very cute items that are fun to give to your friend’s. The other item that I simply love is the gift wrapping! I know, weird, but I love the custom gift wrapping that can be done. For those extremely special gifts, this is where I go to get it wrapped. I may be crazy, but its what I do. I know they also do custom invitations but I cannot rate that service as I have never used it. Overall, this is my go to spot for the perfect card for my family and best friends. Go. You won’t be disappointed.
