Papa John’s Pizza

Worst pizza place ever. My delivery driver was nice but after 90 minutes of waiting for my food I called to find out what was taking so long (I was told it would be a half hour wait) they then informed me that they wrote down my wrong phone number and address, really??? So they take my correct address and let me know that it will be another thirty minutes, fine. After another full hour it finally shows up and I realize that they way overcharged me and refused to fix it! I paid 21 dollars for one plain cheese pizza. Plus to top it all off, my food was cold.

So I am traveling through Tucson, Arizona and settle into my hotel room for the night. When all of a sudden the thought of a pizza for dinner hits me. I call the store up and ask to for a medium meat pizza. The young lady on the phone tells me they are out of medium pizza dough and won’t be available for two more days. I reluctantly agree to a large. I ask i can receive the large at the medium price because it’s not my fault they are out of medium pizza dough. I’m told no, they can only charge me for a large pizza. I ask who the manager is and the young lady will not give me her managers name. I ask what their managers bosses name is and how do I contact them. She then tells me she can not give out that information.
So I ask to speak to the manger on duty, she reluctantly lets me speak to a gentleman who claims to be the manager. I ask if there is a chance I can be charged the medium pizza price for the large because its not my fault they are out of medium pizza dough. This guy proceeds to tell me what a great deal I’m getting on the large pizza. I ask for his bosses name and a number and I’m stone walled. He proceeds to tell me if I have a problem his company will mail me a comment card (to my hotel) and I can complain all I want.
The only good thing about this experience was the pizza arrived quickly and the delivery guy was pleasant.
