Old Pueblo Vapor

Came here to get my mom an ecigg to get her to quit smoking. Spent our time with Rob. He was very patient with explaining how everything worked and let us take our time trying multiple flavors. I had to really try to convince my mom to do this and the experience at OPV made her not want to leave! She even went back inside to tip because she was so pleased with her experience. I used to go to freedom smoke but it’s very impersonal there and I have bought two products where the equipment seemed junky and of low quality. Always ended up leaking. We got her a nice ecigg and it was only 35.00 which I found extremely reasonable. The menu of flavors is presented well and organized on a TV screen for display which I found much more user friendly than a giant book with endless pages of flavors like at freedom. They also have online store that will ship to you or you can order for puck up. Location is easy to get to and parking is fine. Will make this my go to spot from now on. Thanks again Rob!

Opv is great. Best liquid, good hardware, and fantastic staff. This is the only shop I goto for my vape stuff. I am moving out of Tucson and I will definitely be having my e liquid shipped from here. Thank you guys!

I have had many problems with products and customer service at other vape shops but this place has not let me down. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming when you arrive. They have a great selection of juices that are all made fresh on site. You are encouraged to try as many flavors as you need to find exactly what you are looking for. While they make your juice for you, you are offered something to drink and a seat in the large lounge area. If you plan on spending some time there, there are televisions, magazines, and a coil building station for drippers. Their juices all have great flavors and the consistency is always correct. (A problem I’ve had with other shops). I have only been in a handful of times but staff already recognizes me. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My favorite shop in Tucson.

I just moved to Tucson and have gone to a few vape shops in the area. This one is now my favorite. Rich helped me. He was so sweet. I got the honeydew juice and I’m loving it! He even offered me a free drink while I waited. This place is clean, inviting and employees give off a great, positive vibe… I will definitely go back!

We’ve been going to Freedom Smoke for years and, after a few not-​so-​pleasant experiences, decided to try a new vape shop. We’ve also been vaping with original Kanger EVOD for years and decided we needed to upgrade. I had some questions regarding upgrading to a new vape pen, so I called and spoke with Rob. He took the time to answer my questions in detail and never sounded annoyed. He made some recommendations and told me I could come in and try a few things to see what I liked. My wife and I drove over and my wife stayed in my truck with my daughter. I was promptly greeted and realized I was talking to Rob. Again, he took the time to let me test a few batteries/​tanks until I found what I wanted and didn’t seem annoyed. I went outside so my wife could go in and test the battery/​tank and Rob took the time to show her as well. Ultimately, we bought two tanks/​batteries and some extra coils. We would’ve purchased juice as well, but we still have juice to finish. However, we will likely purchase juice here from now on based on this awesome experience.
As a side note, Rob told me he would include micro USB charging cables with the batteries. When we got home we realized the charging cables weren’t in the bag. My wife called and I guess the charging cables aren’t included because we didn’t buy the starter kit, however the manager told her to come in and he would give her two cables for free. We drove back and they gave her two cables without a hassle. This place exemplifies excellent customer service and they have gained two new customers.

I am currently traveling across the country to the east coast… I stopped in because I had snapped my tank off my box mod the day before. Prepared to just buy a new tank, they helped me find the broken part. These guys are true professionals when it comes to vaping… It’s been quite a while since I learned something new about proper ways to vape… Plus they make there own juice? Thanks for the help. The captain crunch is awesome!

Ok… So i am kind of biased towards OPV. I have going into OPV for a while now. Yes, I cheated on them several times and have gone to other vapes shops (go easy on me, I want to support ALL local small business), but going to those other shops is proving to be such a disappointment.
These dudes at OPV are on point. Decent prices, decent juice selection, decent equipment selection… this place is just awesome. And FREE soft drinks or water while you wait? WHAAAT? NO ONE ever does that…
Hands down, the best vape shop in town! Keep up the good work guy’s!

I’m giving 5 stars for the great customer service at OPV. All the staff have been really helpful and greet me when I come in and take the time to answer all of my questions. They even will offer you a coca-​cola or water while you wait for your liquid to be made. I have been to a lot of other vapor stores in Tucson and none of them rival the quality of service here. There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from and sample. If you are new to vaping or an experienced vapor there is something here to make your experience better. If there was one thing I would recommend it would be to start selling brand name liquids in addition to the store flavors. Definitely the best shop in the area.

OPV is an outstanding vape shop that will meet all your vaping needs. From their vast selection of equipment to their fabulous juice, you can’t go wrong here.
They also have, in my opinion, the most knowledgeable and friendliest staff of any vape shop in town.

I was a former smoker. One of the owners got me vamping. Since that night I have not smoked even 1 cigarette! The staff that works there is so very helpful, they answer any and all questions fully! They spend as much time with you as you need or want. Keith, the CEO, is generous, knowledgeable, always willing to give you 100%! I highly recommend this cape shop if you currently cape or are a smoker looking to quit! They will help you with nicotine level and it will be dead on!

Just went in there with pretty much 0 knowledge about vaping! I smoked cigarettes, then moved to hookah, and now am trying to move away from that too.
I got the perfect guy for that haha. I went in about 10 minutes before close and he still took the time to talk to me about flavors and quitting. I didn’t get his name but he had a shaved head and he made a flavor that tasted like shisha! I ended up buying strawpeary candy which is delicious but I’ll definitely be back for the flavor he showed me.
I’ve only been to southwest and freedom smoke but this is now my favorite. Thank you again guy with the shaved head!

Best vape shop in town! Been going here once a week for a little over a year. Every time the service is great. EVERY employee is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to make sure you get both the hardware and juice that suit your needs and taste great. Kudos to a business that has the whole package. After having problems at another vape shop in Tucson I was so happy to find OPV. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with products that work well. Great juices, 80+ flavors!!! Staff takes the time to sit down with new vapors and explain things. If you are looking for quality and a friendly place OPV is the place to be.

Great customer service, full on selection, and nice, roomy lounge. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Try the fire and iron juice; delicious cinnamon and sweet mint, a surprisingly tasty mix. I’ll be coming back when I’m in Tucson.

These guys are awesome. Just moved to Tucson and my vape went out of order in the move. They fixed it up for me free of charge, no questions asked. Will be coming back when I am looking for new equipment.

I was more than happy with the service I received from OPV! I am new to the area and was wary about checking out a new vape shop. BUT, OPV definitely met my expectations and exceeded them. Their staff was well informed of the products and explained everything thoroughly. The kind man who helped me taught me so many things I did not previously know (which led to failures in my former vape devices). I would recommend this place to everyone. Experienced or new vapors alike, they made me feel welcome and answered all questions I had, without pushing anything extra on to me (which I had experienced elsewhere). All in all a 5 start experience, I will be back.

I can never be more thankful to a business or should I say people’s in a business this place is so unreal staff is a cut above all and I do mean all this is a place where the take you in as if we’re family I come in and they probably think I’m crazy cause every time I leave I say if you see my girlfriend you haven’t seen me man are the great.

Wow. Just wow. My sister in law recommended this place after hearing me complain about Freedom Smoke for the billionth time. I’m still in awe! Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge is everything that Freedom Smoke isn’t.
My husband and I walked in and were immediately taken aback by the relaxing atmosphere. It reminds me of a giant living room with counter space. As for the flavor menu, there are no gross, laminated binders here. The flavor selection is displayed on giant, bright, lcd screens. Very easy to read.
My husband immediately had a question about his tank. Rather than receiving a short answer, we were immediately guided to seats at the counter where the employee (I totally forgot his name) sat us down and went over every question he had. It is obvious that they’re there to educate and that they love what they do. After patiently answering all of our questions and offering up some great suggestions, we tried out flavors and made our purchase. While waiting, we grabbed some sodas from the fridge (they don’t charge you for drinks) and hung out. Within 5 minutes we has our juice and left.
As for the juice itself, wow, just wow. It doesn’t have that harsh caustic taste that FSUSA’s juice has. The flavor is delicious and true to character. And no leaky plastic bottles! Old Pueblo puts their juice in dark purple glass bottles with droppers. That’s right! No more spilling precious juice when filling up! According to them, the dark color of the bottles prevents the flavor from dissipating. What’s great is that when you bring back your used bottles, you get a discount off your next purchase! And the bottles have the ingredients listed on them! Though e-​juice makers are no required to follow FDA suggestions, Old Pueblo does, so you know what you’re getting and exactly how much you’re getting. Consistency is definitely something they value.
We often noticed that with FSUSA’s juices, over the course of a few days our taste buds would sort of become desensitized to the flavor, even with the extra flavor. We’ve had our Old Pueblo bottles for almost a week and every hit still tastes like the first.
Like I said, Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge is everything Freedom Smoke USA is not. The customer service is spectacular. No more long waits or pissed off employees. You’re a valued customer, not just a number. They take pride in educating their customers and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Oh, and their prices are no more than Freedom Smoke’s. For my husband and I, it’s a no brainer! We’re Old Pueblo Vapor Lounge converts!
