Nippon is Awesome!!!
They take care of things and don’t overcharge. I just LOVE them. They even have a car service to take you back to work or home if needed.
The caring they show for me and my vehicle is appreicated everytime I bring my car to them.

Had our Honda CRV repaired multiple times here, particularly the alignment and the radiator. Spent a lot of $$$ replacing parts and they kept wanting to do the same repair over and over again. Last straw was another leaking radiator, the one they just replaced was only 13 months old. New alignment rack, boots, bushings, tie rods but it still was not done properly. Finally took it over to Prudence, the radiator wasn’t the problem it was a water pump and Prudence fixed the alignment issues that Nippon did improperly. I don’t know if this is a case of a dishonest mechanic or ownership because they sure seem like nice folks.
I don’t recommend you take your vehicle here

Took my Land Cruiser to Precision Toyota, told I need new cv boots. Then took it to Nippon, they tighten a clamp, problem fixed. Haven’t been anywhere else since. Fair and honest.

Nippon Motors how we love you. We found Nippon a couple of winters ago after we bought our 2007 Tacoma and have had them perform all of the service on the the truck. They are helpful, complete and do great work. Would highly recommend them!
Since writing this review I have been going back to Nippon over and over again. They have performed regular service for me and installed some after market suspension items.
Always perfect, always prompt.
