called and spoke to guy with a hispanic accent. I describe the part even gave him the dimensions. He said he had it a quoted a price. When I got there he looked at the part and said he did not have it. I said «I gave u the dimensions, described the part, and you said you had it» what’s the deal?” No offer to make things right, so sorry, nothing. Asked to speak to a manager, non there. He did not care.
In the AM I will call corporate, what a waste of time, gas, and my garage door
is still down.

This company originally installed my garage door, so I use them for service. As usual, service was great, The tech was prompt, on time, friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable. I would rather wait for an appointment with Wayne Dalton than see anyone else.

An unprofessional operation. Did not show up during scheduled appointment. I called and they said the tech was running late and that he was still on his way. Got a call from the tech two hours later saying he would be another 45 minutes. Told them no thanks.
