helpful but they guy was ensainly slow, got grease all over my steering wheel and shifter and was also texting while driving with us in the truck!

I am VERY grateful for Mobile Maintenance and Towing. I called my insurance and they sent someone over when my car wouldn’t unlock. They arrived right on time, were really courteous and realized that the problem with my car was that the battery was installed incorrectly. I told them that AutoZone people installed my battery a month ago, so Mobile Maintenance towed my car to AutoZone and spoke with the person in charge for me. He waited with me to make sure that they took out my battery correctly and put it on the charger. It was really great that he put in the effort to wait there to make sure that AutoZone would screw up my car again. I’d highly recommend Mobile Maintenance and Towing, LLC.

I just had my first experience with this company and I must say that it was truly professional! They were on time with a quoted estimated time of arrival they were clean There on time with uploaded estimated time of arrival it was clean courteous and very enjoyable personality they were courteous and very enjoyable personality. I would recommend this company to anybody anytime and I look forward to using them again in the future!

There I was driving along the interstate-​10 along Phoenix. And all my car lights came on. Then my car started making many different noises. I was panicking, this is my only means of transportation for work. My car was slowly dying, so I went ahead and pulled over so I didn’t damage anything else. I remembered my buddy family had a shop in tucson where I live. So I called them Told them what was going on. They said call insurance and see if they can get you covered, so I did and they where in route with in 30 – 40 minutes to come pick my car up. Hen the next day one of there technicians started tearing into the motor and quickly diagnosed the problem to be an over heating problem. Swapped on the water pump and thermostat the same day! So in 2 days they had me back in action for a extremely reasonable price. I did not think I was going to be able to afford the parts for my lexus.

We first came in to fix the broken hubs bcuz of a flat tire. They did not get the car fixed rite the first time. After they diagnosed it, they can’t be sure what caused the problem, and either does Benz dealer.
But they were pretty responsible after what happened. They offered to fix out car since the cause of not fixing it is unsure. They also reimbursed the towing few we paid for after problems occurred.
Although I can’t give them a five star since the car was not fixed rite the first time, Lloyd was pretty nice and professional after a situation like this.

I only gave them 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Their tow truck driver bottomed out my car on the bed of their truck, which tore my bumper. He didn’t have any paperwork on him to cite the incident (unprofessional), but wrote down his information and said his supervisor would contact me. I then had to contact them after not hearing anything… Jump to meeting the supervisor to review damage. He offers to take it to his shop and pretty much glue my Eclipse bumper (all one piece) back together, because he wants the «opportunity to make it right.» When I want it fixed professionally, I offered to get a quote to fix the damage at an actual body shop or go through their insurance, he THEN denies responsibility after citing the $ 5,000 insurance deductible that he doesn’t want to pay.
This was all set up by Verizon Roadside assistance, which now has a complaint on file. Hopefully saving future stranded drivers from the mistake that is Mobile Maintenance & Towing. Again, ¹⁄₅ stars because ⁰⁄₅ isn’t an option.
I also plan to create a website with this story so that when Mobile Maintenance & Towing is Googled, people will know what frustration they might be headed towards with this unprofessional company.
I can’t stress it enough, use a different company if you don’t want to gamble with your vehicle.
Oh, and guess who isn’t a member of the Better Business Bureau? Yup, Mobile Maintenance & Towing.

Who has two thumbs and runs over a mattrice in the middle of the road, on a dark night, getting it lodged underneath? This guy!
Using my roadside assistance, Javier showed up from Mobile Mantenance and Towing, rapidly assessed what he needed to do, using the truck to jack up the side of my car and crawed under. He had the mattrice free, which had become entangled with it’s wires around my exhaust hanger. Good disposition, good sense of humor and professional. I recomend this company as the dispatch was equally as professional.
