McDonald’s

Came here for dinner tonight on our way home from an event. The cashier was friendly that’s about the only nice thing i can say.
The lobby is filthy & the bathroom’s were disgusting!
Finally got our order, took my first bite of my big mac, and it was COLD! Omg!
So i go back up, ask her to remake it & the second time it was a little better so i ate it cuz I was starving!
Also, we ordered two apple pies & the guy forgot to drop the new ones before he went to use the rest room! R u kidding me!!! So, my boyfriend was waiting for the girl to «make it right» & she said nothing but that she was sorry! WTF! So, he got pissed & just said give me a refund, so that’s all she did! Ridiculous!!! Never come back here this is BS!!!

Well when we first got here, I used the bathroom to wash my hands. Wow, it was sooooooo dirty. The dining room needed to be cleaned so bad.
We ordered 2 Big Macs and some how Jaime’s came out cold. She went back up and they were happy to exchange it. The Servers were very nice, hence a 2 stars instead on a 1 star rating.
At the end, I went up to order 2 apple pies, the gal said were out and making more, it will take 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes, went up and the guy forgot to drop my pies. I know mistakes are made, but come on. Again, the gal was very nice and gave me a refund.
I think we will just go somewhere else in the future.

I wish they would close this place and make it a Chipotle .
No matter what time of the day I decide to eat here they always manage to screw up my meal .
On two occasions the burgers were undercooked (extremely pink raw beef patty)
Also the ice cream machines seems to always be out of service .
This location should seriously consider adding a third window for unsatisfied customers, so we can return our «food» .
You would think this establishment would be the golden standard for McDonald’s because of its location in the Catalina foothills, but this place is a dump. I really hope they demolish this chum bucket and build a healthier alternative. Us Foothills residents deserve a lot better !

This place is great, although I eat here way too much because it is by work, the staff does an amazing job.
