I received excellent customer service from Paul Tuohy while buying 2 mattresses — my first time coming to Mattress Firm and I’m very impressed with how proactive the customer service is here. Paul has been very patient and helpful with me when I was determining the correct size I need for mattresses, and he went out of his way to locate the sizes I needed when they didn’t have the size in-​house.

Worst purchase ever, and it’s my fault! I listened to Brent about buying a mattress from outlet to save money. 1900. dollars later worst mattress and cant take it back. Salesman are pushy, sont but the coconut infused pillow worse 129. you will spend.

We came and purchased a bed last night, everyone was fantastic with the explanations, descriptions and assistance. Came back today after seeing a bed that we wanted cheaper at another store. Paul price matched and made the transaction changes hassle free. I would easily recommend Mattress Firm to anyone. Thanks again!

Went to Mattress Firm to purchase a bed we had seen at another store. The staff was very friendly and very patient as we tried out nearly every mattress in the store. They were super sweet with our little girl and even gave her a blanket so she could cozy up on a mattress! Their 0% financing and free delivery was great and their price match option allowed us to get the bed we wanted at a nearly $ 1600 savings! I would definitely recommend Paul and the team at the El Con store.
