I’m very impressed with the level of customer service provided by James Anderson. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my mattress here a year ago and was happy with it, so I went back for two more!

Welcoming experience, no pressure sales person. I wasn’t jumped on by people trying to pressure me into buying a mattress. Salesman let me try out several mattresses as much as I wanted and offered assistance as needed. No pressure and did not try to sell me more and more products for the bed, which is nice. They offer a shipping option depending on when you need the bed by, or pick it up at the warehouse near I-​10 at no extra cost.

Earlier I gave this company a 5 star review. But that was before I even got the mattress. That’s when the nightmare began.
I bought a king Lakehurst set for about $ 1200. I found out very soon that it just wasn’t like the one in the store felt. I tried to exchange it, but I kept getting told I hadn’t had it long enough to break it in.
Finally, they exchanged it for another of the same thing. I had back and shoulder problems with it, but it was past their exchange date so I was stuck with it.
After waking up with more and more pain, I ended up sleeping on my couch. Trying to sell it was a nightmare and I ended up just giving it away to make room for my new set from another store.
Don’t just take my word for it, read the reviews and check their «F» rating with the BBB.

They happily sold us a shoddy mattress. After 6 months it started sagging so bad it’s not good for anything. We didn’t buy the cheapest one either. This one was several steps up. I’ve had better luck with Bedmart

Only one star because I can’t give no star. They don’t stand behind their product. There are too many other places to purchase mattressess, don’t go here. This super expensive Sterns & Foster my Mom got was supposed to last ten years, but only lasted four!!! Lumps and sagging made this bed so uncomfortable and very difficult to wake up feeling great. We did call them and filed a complaint and they stated there was nothing wrong. We even have pictures to show the extreme sagging in the mattress. :(
