TL;DR version: Lowther Property is exactly the kind of contractor you hope for but rarely find in Tucson.
Specifics: I hired Dan in late June 2013 to remodel my kitchen. He worked with me to develop an idea of how to refurbish it and save on costs instead of demo-​ing and redoing completely. He is fast, good, and precise. Every morning, he showed up when he said he was going to show up and every afternoon he gave me an update on his progress. I was left with an amazing kitchen that fell well within the range of cost he had estimated it would run. In fact, his price was so reasonable that I upgraded some of the appliances I purchased. My own job requires that I leave home from time to time. Dan texted me photos and updates every single day while I was gone. He did an amazingly quality job on my kitchen and he did it to the specifications and on the timeline that we agreed to. I’m going to hire him again to do more work on a couple of other rooms in the house. He has great ideas, he’s punctual, and he does amazing work, from the homemade butcherblock cabinet he built to the paint colors on the walls. Just a fine eye for detail. Client service the way Dan does it almost doesn’t exist anymore. Hire this man. You’ll be happy you did.
