I researched through Unilocal for best permanent make-​up places and I found Janet. And all they said was true. Janet is very accurate, attentive, and makes amazing job. I have different eye-​brows, lost a hair cuz of thyroid problems, so I needed a professional special person for precise make-​up. And for eyes make up, I wanted something special too, to emphasize my Asianish features. It took us some time to draw a correct lines and then to complete it in permanent color. Janet is extremely patient for my needs and does everything possible to meet the expectations of her customer. She has a good sense of art and lines in such small areas. It’s like a jeweler’s job. Janet also reapplied a naming cream, so procedure wasn’t painful at next touches. Thank you, Janet! :) I’m satisfied with my looks now. I’ll come back for touch ups, and will keep coming to Janet in few years.

Janet must be one of the top in the country and has a calming personality. She even immediately repaired an error that another tech made; I thought it would take a few months. Her prices are reasonable. The equipment she uses is top-​notch.

Janet is a pleasant lady that made me feel very comfortable right away. She had to redo my eye brow ‘s as they were faded and what looked like an eye brow pencil tattoo on my brow. Janet immediately fixed the situation. She arched my eye brows and matched the ink to my skin and hair. She had me return 6 weeks later for a retouch. Wow ! N/​C Very right on. They look better than I could have ever imagined. She’s one of the best around.

When you are applying permanent make up OR tattoo’s you must feel comfortable knowing you have someone competent working on you.

I took my mother for her eyebrows and was relatively happy. I then bought the lip tat for my mother and she had a very very bad reaction. I called Janet and it took her a while to get back to me. I called her a second time to see if her reaction was normal. Her lips blew up freakishly, about 5 times their normal size. Janet said that was normal and to just ice it. She never asked to see her or anything. About 2 days later, my mother got blisters. I think it was because her lips swelled and burst. I called Janet before our follow up to cancel. I told her that my mother had the blisters for a while and she said that my mother had herpes and that the tat had brought the herpes out. I asked her for a refund of some sort since we were canceling because of her reaction and Janet said no. She was very snarky and said that my mother needs herpes medication.
I think 1) Janet should have been clear about the potential for blisters if someone has the herpes complex (cold sores). Although I think the blister developed because her lips burst. She doesn’t get cold sores; didn’t before and hasn’t since.
2) since we could not do the second part of the service, Janet should have refunded half our payment. It was only fair and I feel like she got to keep all the money for half the work on top of the fact that my poor mother suffered tremendously during 3 weeks.

Still love my eyeliner And recently got my lips done. It looks great and very natural looking!
