A rough november but Today has started of as a positve day… the car dealership #Fiat Larry Miller called us back to redo the paperwork .they said that another bank offered an different finance… didnt know what to expect we walked in… and he pulled out the paper work… not only did the cut the payments in half (i swear) they also took off 12 months… mind u she has no credit .(we both cried).i am grateful that there still exist people who are willing to help those in need. he said .so with that being said i promised them that i would send them anyone i know… who needs a new car and it is a new car… please vist Mack Mcpherson and his team including there money man Yacov Yehuda. Say i sent u and they will work there magic #sograteful

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s also disturbing that Unilocal has removed some of the other bad reviews that were on here months ago.
Last summer we bought our fiat, and I’ve been meaning to write a review, but since it could be the length of a book I just haven’t gotten around to it.
There were so many things wrong with our transaction:
1) Kept us there for over 6 hours
2) Price was more than agreed on the final paperwork, then when I called them on it, they blamed the manager for «walking off with the paperwork» and for some reason they couldn’t get ahold of him /​didn’t try to get ahold of him until after we signed the final papers. We had already been there for over 5 hours and just wanted to get things over with, but we should have just walked out.
3) We bought a 1 year plan that includes oil changes and basic maintenance. For months it wasn’t in our name, but the last owner’s and then last month for my 2^nd of 4 oil changes they actually removed the package we paid for from our VIN.
4) We told them from the start that we wanted to go through our bank for financing, which they all said was ok, but then when we got home they had «forgotten» to check the box on the financing so they sent our loan to their own bank. When we called them out on it, the finance guy Robert told me «that’s how we do it in Arizona». Then when we tried to get our bank to take it over, Larry H Miller sat on the paperwork for weeks. Only after calling and calling did they finally send in the info to the DMV.
5) That finance guy Robert (who’s probably not there anymore) also complained to us during our purchase that often times down payments in cash would just be sitting on his desk without any paperwork, and he wasn’t sure where they came from.
6) Failed to tell us until we were driving off that they only had 1 key for the vehicle.
There’s probably more to it, but I can’t remember at this point.

I bought a car here after a bankruptcy. They had to make changes to the contract per the banks request. They totally changed my vehicle warranty. I did not notice how drastic my warranty changed until I got home an reviewed the paperwork closer. I had to many red flags while working with this group and called the lender myself to see exactly what changes they requested. Of course their request did not match what the dealership told me. I told the Manager of the store I did not want the car and did not trust what was going on. During several phone calls with him has has made threats that he will make so I can NEVER buy a car through any lender for the next 2 to three years. That I would not have a vehicle to drive. Other threats followed. He was very hostile, angry, rude and intimidating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I was there tonight trying to help my brother in law buy his first Newish vehicle that would be financed. He was very happy with the car and was ready to make the deal… We were dealing with Bobby, who seemed nice enough but when it came down to it… All they did was lie and try and scam us. Here is how the night goes.
We start out by asking why the doc fee was so expensive (399.99) He proceeds to inform us that the doc fee is a set fee by the DMV, and that cannot be changed. I don’t believe him (obviously) and do a quick google search and find out that is a complete and utter lie. There is no set fee by the DMV, this is set by the dealer. Most honest dealers only charge 199.00.
Then we proceed to talk about the price which he explains that it is completely nonnegotiable. Lie. We were able to haggle down 1800 off the price of the car.
Then comes some ridiculous fees. We were being charged 500 dollars for security window etching that we did not want. We were told that all their cars come etched and it was mandatory to pay for it. We inspected the car again and it was discovered that the windows were not etched yet. So we asked if we cannot have it done and remove the fee… No can do! Finally after talking to the sales manager did it come out that the dealership window etches all their vehicles to receive discounts on their insurance. So they are passing the cost of the window etching on to the consumer and also saving money. Shady!
Finally the deal is done and we are waiting to move to the finance department. I so happen to ask if the car comes with two keys? He said no and refers us to the manufacturer to purchase one. I ask if they would provide us with a new one, the sales man flat out said no… Not their responsibility.
Then comes the finance jerk. It was written in the fine print on the sales contract that there was an arbitration agreement. My bro in law refused to sign and the douchbag says «as an Arizona resident, it is required to sign it. There is no deal with no signature of the arbitration agreement.» This is a huge and blatant lie. Needless to say we were not relinquishing our right to sue and protect our selves so after 3 and a half hours we walked the hell outta there! No deal and a waste of our time. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me preface this buy saying, Tim, one of the business managers, is the only redeeming quality at this establishment. Husband and I wanted to buy a Jetta, this place had exactly what we wanted. We were kind of interested in the low up front pricing the dealership offered so we figured why not (I own a Scion who does in fact offer no haggle pricing and it was the best dealership and service experience [at Precision Toyota]) lets go check it out. First, we show up with an appointment and the sales guys isn’t there. Kyle helps us out and doesn’t know anything about the Jetta and he is their «best seller.» Yes, I’m confused too — how does that happen? Glad we did our homework. Anyway, we end up buying the car bc it is the only one within 100 miles that is exactly what we want and we don’t want to order one. So it’s late, everyone is tired so lots of things are forgiven– rudeness, rushing and general mistakes like calling your customers by the wrong name. So the next day, we get a call from the bank to confirm some information we gladly oblige, they send us back to the dealership and $hit hits the fan. We have excellent credit and all of a sudden the interest rate we were quoted was different than what we were promised. I call the business manager, Scott, total and complete condescending jerk to me. He refused to contract the broker, so I ask to speak with a manager who doesn’t help much either. I end up having to call their broker to work out the financing details and get the rate we were promised. We come back to sign documents the next day and are treated poorly by everyone but Tim. He is the only one who apologized for the experience and for the lack of service and follow through by hs colleagues and wished us well. We were prepared to return the vehicle we were purchasing since we could but didn’t. Am I happy with my car? Absolutely! Am I happy with this establishment, NO! Would I go back? No. Not, even for the free oil changes. I’ve purchased many a car and never even come close to leaving a place with such a bad taste in my mouth. I even waited to write my review in hopes we would get an apology or a call for a follow up but all we get is SPAM email.

Purchased my Fiat June 25^th, and although I absolutely love my car, I’m beyond frustrated with the whole process at this point. My first payment is due Aug 9^th and I wasn’t able to locate any loan info in my paperwork — loan company, loan number, who to contact, etc. So I contacted the dealership. Turns out that the finance guy, who no longer works there (red flag!), did not send up the correct paperwork to fund the loan. I’ve been waiting on a follow up call from another gentleman at the dealership with info on the loan process for the last 6 days. No info, no return calls. As of tomorrow (Aug 8^th the day before my payment is due), if the finance company has not received the paperwork from the dealership, the loan will be returned to the dealership. Where does this leave me? Up shit creek by the sounds of it.
I’m furious and disgusted with this dealership and the staff who works there. Why can’t anyone get it together and take care of the customer and the issue???

Do not conduct any business with this place. They took over Tucson Fiat and are trying to get out of honoring contracts they took over from Tucson Fiat. I am seriously warning anyone and everyone who will listen. PLUS who would buy a Fiat anyways? Chinese parts, assembled in Mexico, stamped with an Italian flag.
