Worst care ever. 9 months pregnant, high risk and would rather risk delivery with unknown doctor from labor and delivery at medical hospital. Will not schedule another worthless appointment that lasts less than 10 minutes. Have concerns? Do not bother calling unless you want to see lack of compassion because these «professionals» do not call back.

I want to start with the fact that Dr. Maths Laird is an amazing Doctor. I am in my 20s and I have had issues with endometriosis and heavy bleeding since I was a teenager and many doctors I have tried don’t take me seriously. I really appreciate that dr. Laird takes my concerns seriously and has helpful suggestions.
Unfortunately the rest of the staff is really horrible. They are extremely rude from the moment you walk in in addition to being unprofessional and not helpful what so ever.

This place is a joke. Unprofessional office staff will never call you with results or return your messages. Try Ironwood instead.

Fantastic experience — ladies, do not hesitate. Warm and friendly staff and the NP is caring and funny.

First of all I went for a yearly exam and they didn’t do something right the first time and had to do it again. No one wants to have 2 paps in a row. I received a bill in the mail and was charged twice and when I asked why they were extremely rude. I was overcharged for my copay. I have not had any resolution. Beware

Dr. Schneider is awesome and so is the rest of the medical staff! One week out from my due date and we’ve had a really great experience with this practice. Dr. S always takes her time with us and is super easy to communicate with. The office is organized and clean. This place has the right combination of professionalism and friendliness. You can tell you’re getting good care from a clinical point of view but you also get to enjoy the people you interact with while you’re there. They’re great at working with your individual needs as a patient… can’t say enough good things.

I had gone here maybe five years ago and everything was great. I just went back this year and wow, what a decline. The staff isn’t helpful, the doctor rushes you through and doesn’t seem to care at all. On top of that I got a bill for what should be a covered visit. I called and got some rude guy who said nothing I can do for you. Lastly tried to get a prescription filled took 5 calls because no one ever answers just the machine. I’ll be changing to another office.

As a new patient, I assumed the staff would be a bit more pleasant. Boy was I wrong! It honestly seemed as though each and every person working there had a big stick up their butt, from the ladies in the front office to the girls handling the back office. The nurse practitioner (Robin Giles) wasn’t any better. She was in such a rush that she literally seemed to be running out of breath as she was talking to me. Being that Im over 6 months pregnant, I expected her to be a little more thorough. I’m thinking she was in and out in 5 minutes. This includes her checking for the baby’s heartbeat and taking a measurement of my stomach. Needless to say, I switched over to a different OB. I would not recommend this place.

On first glance, this appears to be a lovely establishment. Swanky seating, calming music, everything one would look for on the dreaded annual trip to a place like this. I signed in 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. Sitting here 50 minutes later, I haven’t been greeted once and am sweating from the lack of AC. The walls are dirty from children’s scribbles — I only hope my appointment is better than my impressions of the lobby.
Update — doctor was fantastic — just not the overall establishment. I will continue to come back.
