I’ve sold Dan products for a number of years, and know he only uses quality products. In my business, I’ve seen a little bit of everything and seen people cut corners in all the wrong places. I can tell you that Dan takes pride in his work and I’ve recommended him probably a 100 or more times without any negative comments, and will continue.

Dan never showed up to the first scheduled appointment. He showed up the second time and gave me a quote over twice as much as the competitors. You’re better off going with Lynch Brothers. They show up on time (and actually show up) and charge half as much as Knockout Performance.

Wanted ceramic floor tile cleaned before moving into new-​to-​us home, but had limited date availability when we’d be in Tucson. Dan was great to work with meeting our schedule, showed up promptly with a very professional looking setup and got right to work. I didn’t think the tile was that dirty, but when he was done it was lighter and there was actually a bit of a shine on it. .. who knew? Obviously knows his business, and even gave me some tips on cleaning our cultured marble shower. Called my real estate agent after he left to pass along his name, would definitely recommend him to anyone with tile/​grout cleaning needs.

Dan was fantastic… prompt, and hard working! He doesn’t just do the job. Dan does the job well! We had Dan clean and seal the travertine tile in the home we purchased. When we asked about putting a finish to bring out the color on the tile, Dan gave us the facts, and demonstrated it on a small portion of the tile. He did so without committing as to whether it was worth spending more money. We opted not to do so. Dan pulls a small but impressively painted trailer for all of his supplies and machines. I would recommend Knockout Performance…

He is personable, trustworthy, reliable and hard working. This is not your average carpet or surface steam clean, it is restoration without being expensive. We do not hire anyone else to clean carpet, tile floors, vinyl floors, driveways and furniture. This is a 5 star company!
