Went on a Friday at 4:30 and we received completely dried out, old chicken strips, chicken breast and potato wedges. So disgusted. This is not the first time we’ve had crappy food from this location and we won’t return.

couldnt get my food. They ran out and said there is a cater… well the people who ordered the cater werent physically at the site, take care of the customers in the store first.

I am not pleased with the staffs attitude. Me and my 3 friends just wanted some kfc. They didn’t mess up my order but when my friend on the heavier side went to get his order which was a twelve piece chicken meal a medium soda and a slice of cake she said wow it would probably be a good Idea to not not eat all that implying that she thought he was fat. My friend is very sensitive and took it personal and began crying immediately.

Warning: under New ownership. After spending over $ 50 they could not be bothered to include the honey or butter for the biscuits, napkins or plastic ware as I asked for. When I called about them not only NOT including what I made a special point of asking for but they did not even include the basics that normally come with a meal, I was told the honey/and or butter is now by request only. I was then lectured that I should have read the sign they have posted(supposedly). It was dark out and the lighting is so poor on this property even if I had seen a sign I doubt if I would have been able to read it.(They know how bad the lighting Is too as they were robbed at least once last year that I know of and I have previously mentioned how unsafe I feel in their drive thru. Dark and secluded-joy joy:(.) Anyway, after listening to them lecture me, I tried to eat. That was a disaster. The chicken was really fatty(more than usual) and the coleslaw tasted stale and really really sweet. Made me nauseated. I usually love their coleslaw too. By the morning, everyone that had eaten the coleslaw the night before had major intestinal problems the whole day. I didn’t bother t call again as I didn’t feel strong enough physically to listen to them somehow tell me I did something wrong not them. I will just make sure to NEVER give them my business again. Although I wish the health dept would check them out. I will never understand why they don’t have to display their lettered card in the window here in AZ. It seems common sense to me. I like to have some idea of how clean a place is BEFORE I walk in and buy something to eat.

Not a big fast food, greasy spoon kind of person but on occasion I do like something convenient. I stopped eating here two years ago. I gave them three opportunities to convince me it wasn’t their food that was making me sick. Its dead to me now. Even when I’m next door at warehouse vitamins.

NOWAYINHELL will I return to this shit hole of a restaurant that has dangerously limited seating options, dirty restrooms with hardly a supply of paper towels and soap. I stood in line for 20 minutes until it was my time to order. While I waited(which took an additional 15 minutes) for my order, the drive through orders were handled in a much faster time frame than customers inside including myself. After receiving my order, I noticed I was overcharged a dollar on an item after realizing the price on the look up menu, I notified the cashier and the manager asked for my receipt, which I didn’t actually get. I only had the credit card receipt, just not the REGISTER receipt. Anyhow, the credit card receipt was good enough for her to use to give me the difference of change back, but she then failed to give me back my credit card receipt. I asked for it, she argued with me saying that she needed for proof, but UM… no? Because that belongs to ME, the cashier should’ve given me the REGISTER receipt WHICH has the actual identity of the transaction number, time, items ordered, and what not… In fact, the back of every register receipt you get from KFC allows the customer to take a survey online based on their experience. This manager was obnoxiously rude and ignorant because she yelled… YELLED at me in front of other customers when I was the in the right and she was wrong. I demanded HER manager’s number, she stomped into the office to find a dried out highlighter marker and wrote down a phone number for me to call. As she was handing that to me, she slapped it on the counter, apparently to make herself feel better and bigger. Wow. Anyway… this restaurant… is a joke. Don’t ever go to this particular KFC, because I am sure there are other KFCs with better customer service… such as the one in Marana that has a Taco Bell annex.

There’s not much to eat on this side of town but I’m glad there’s a kfc over here the service is good. sometimes they run out of food. But that should tell ya something. The food is gooood

When you feel like the deep fried gut bomb this location is good, if it’s convenient. I also like the challenge presented by their pricing structure. I’m never sure if I am getting the best price for my chicken.
