Just your average bar. Went here for my friend’s bday. Small but nice atmosphere. I know the karaōke dj so that’s why we chose here.
Man, I haven’t been out drinkin in awhile, have prices gone up or is it just me??? Haha

Decent food for bar food. Service was great even when busy. Sam was excellent on a Sunday night.

Perfect. Just perfect. The old hometown bar with hometown folks and hometown management. Hopped in to see a recent u of a game and it was a great experience. Speedy beer, good food, ample tvs and a very homy environment.
I think we just found our new go to bar on the east side.

This was a «meeting spot» after work, and I have gone here for years. Love the casino games, love the football games they have on the screens. Its friendly, kinda divey, but full of locals. The food is pretty damned good. Relaxed and friendly…

What a hole. Awkward bar set up. Crappy pool tables. Smells bad and looks dirty. I did not have the nerve to venture into the restroom. I did not feel safe ordering food. And no one is friendly

In town on business and stopped by because I saw the patio as I drove by. Loved the local feeling you got once inside, both bartenders was super nice especially a young lady named Nina who gave me a ton of good info about Tucson and where good places to eat and other things to see around town she was very sweet and helpful plus she and the other young lady were busy but still had time to serve me a cold beer and chat with me. I will be back!

Never again. Went to see the fight, paid 25 $ at the door for entry. My friend couldnt get in bc of her age and the owner would not refund my money. We had a party expected of 10, and militaty, but they denied any refund bc our friends gf was 20 yrs old. They basically took our money and said fuck you. We still left.

Staff is friendly and the beer is cold! This bar is a pretty good «dive.» And I mean that with love. You can’t stay away from the relaxed atmosphere and a good game on TV. The patio is rather large, which is a big plus. I haven’t tried the food yet!

If you want to have your credit card stolen, this is the place. I have come here on occasion for the last 10 years or so and tonight will definitely be the last time myself nor any one of my friends go. I arrived at approximately 5:15 and ordered a pitcher for myself and 3 friends. We all also each ordered dinner which was mediocre at best but something I can live with at a bar and would not be writing this if that was the worst of it. I went to cash out as I had opened a tab and low and behold I was presented with another person’s card and a receipt to sign. I immediately recognized that this was not my card and alerted the bartender who then went hunting for it with the manager whom I originally gave it to. Sorry, someone else was given my card, but I was assured that EVERY time this happens, they always get it back by morning. How many times has this happened here? My card is pretty unique as is my last name. The woman who took my card’s card was also unique with her picture on it. I was told excuse after excuse by the bartender and manager, Kim, there was a memorial earlier, it was busy, mistakes happen. If busy means there are 15 other people in a place that probably has a capacity for 100+, I can’t imagine what mistakes happen when it is actually busy. Never, in all my years of running a tab, has this occurred. I asked for the owner’s contact information and was told they give out only the contact information given for the manager and he may be in Friday. I doubt I will be able to get him on the phone but I sure hope he sees this as this experience was 100% unacceptable.

We’re here a good once or so a week for the last 4 years… I’ve been in this neighborhood for 20 years, this pub is a good one for a layed back drink anything night, or day if you like, wings are good, burgers good, as a Canadian they will make your gravy for your fries, specials are good, jello shots good, ask for their cake which isn’t on menu, but by golly they have it! Stay away at fish friday, the fish is crap, but the old folks like it… (can have it too!) The gals know us so theyll bug us over this review! Lol. Good place overall. Another plus is they know what we like, we don’t have to ask for it when we come in! Lol…

This is my home bar. Every employee is very friendly and knows what they are doing. The bar tenders try their best to make a drink to your liking. The food is amazing and will accommodate you if you have allergies like i do. The place is always kept neat and clean.

We always have a lot of fun at Jeffs this is a nice laid back neighborhood atmosphere. This is a fantastic place to watch sports and I love sitting on the patio and watching football. Really good specials during game days and a lot of really nice people who hang out there. Its really an interesting mix of people both younger and older but everyone gets along really well with each other. You aren’t a stranger very long at Jeff’s. Food is good too! Prices are reasonable.

Wow! Love this place, came two weekends in a row with My boyfriend and 2 guy friends. Jason from Kustom Karaōke really knows what he is doing. It’s the best karaōke show in town and there is an awesome mix of people.

Three great bartenders… Sarah, Cherrie, & Layla. Reasonable drink prices with sports all the time. Free UFC fights and always a food and drink special. Good local bar. Love the atmosphere with people from all walks.

I have rarely been treated so rudely by a bartender. I was in on Friday and there about 8:50 pm, I wanted to get the Burger deal that ends at 9: pm. The bartender Sam completely ignored me and my friends when we came in. Not even a hello after we took out seats. After 10 mins I stood up and asked a lady next to some t-​shirts to take my order. She said that she only sells shirts and I have to go to the bartender. So I went to the bartender and explained we had been waiting for 10 mins and could we go ahead and get orders in. I held up my phone at said «it’s just 9: PM now we have been waiting we wanted to get the burger deal.» She looked right at me cocked her head and smiled big «Sorry too late» now it was 9:01. I said but I have been waiting here for 10 minutes we were here before 9:00 trying to order. She responded with a big grin «Sorry I wait for you to come and order. and It’s past 9… then she mumbled about how we should all just move to another part of the bar to get food. I have never had a bar tender gloat and grin at me like I was a loser and she just won some game. I asked the t-​shirt lady for her name so I could mention how horrible of a bar tender Sam is. I will never come here again, and never recommend this establishment. Customer service is number one, and she treated me like garbage. 20 minutes later I finally got a beer that my girlfriend ordered from another bartender. Horrible, rude experience.

Zero stars. Just walked in here to the bar for a wedding party, no one even came up to serve us. Told us they wouldn’t take our food order at the bar we had to go into the restaurant. The female bartender gave us attitude and kept saying sorry dont serve food after 9 and it was 9 exactly and we had a wedding party of 20 people… Incredible! I’m appalled at the rude behavior of the bartender. Her name is Sam. I will never ever go here again. Not like I’m in Tucson ever but I will tell anyone I know who ever visits town to avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service EVER! Oh and then we went into the real restaurant where we could actually order food, and the waitress didn’t know what an IPA beer was when I ordered it even thought its listed on their menu. I really honestly try to avoid writing bad reviews unless they truly deserve and unfortunately this is one of those cases. If it weren’t for my friends wedding I would have walked out without ordering anything. Terrible.

The manager messaged me on Facebook to apologize for the poor service. I just wanted to make note that I appreciate her effort to make good.

I haven’t had a bad night here. I’m a fan because this pub actually does have a good atmosphere, not too loud, very roomy, and has some good workers. They have all you can eat fish on Fridays, and even at times when I don’t want to drink I still have a good time with coworkers and friends. Not a bad hang out spot at all.

A place to go for a beer. Karaōke nights can be very interesting. Usually not in talent, but the crowd that shows. Has the added bonus to be within walking distance for me. Food is ok, for what I’ve tried, but not what I go there for. The back bathroom and bar area is supposedly haunted.

Jeff’s pub feels like home. The staff, particularly Kyna, the bartender, is awesome and the regulars are genuinely fun people. Friday and saturday karaōke shows are lively and there is always a diverse crowd. Definately one of my favorite bars in Tucson.
