Well im sorry to say that I am not a happy customer and have not been treated well by Gary. Right before I purchased a brand new AR15 from him as a Christms gift for my son I asked if he would stand behind the sale of the gun and he said«absolutly». If there was any problem with the gun, any at all short of him not liking the appearance, he would take it back and exchange it. The problem is that the gun has jammed up both times that my son took it out to shoot it. I called Gary a week after Christmas to tell him of the problem and he said I would have to send it back to the manufacturer and it was up to me to contact them and handle everything. This is NOT customer service and certainly not considered standing behind your product that you sell. In a second attempt on my part to fix the problem, I asked him to stand by his word and take it back and I would pay the differance on another AR that he had. His responce to me was that after I sent it back to the manufacturer, and recieved it back from them repaired, if I put it back in the box with all the paperwork, lock, and magazines, he would buy it back for $ 200 less than what I paid for it. REALLY??? I dont know these guys personnaly, I dont have an axe to grind with them, as I have not done buisness with them before .Im reading alot of good testimonials from people but it seams no one has had to have them stand behind their word on any type of warrenty or return… buyer beware!
