The nurses are the only positive experience of the place. Customer service is impersonal. I left with more dark hairs in more areas than when I walked in. I was told it was hormones, but hormone testing said I was normal. So they said my hair wasn’t treatable. The hair that wasn’t there before? The hair growth that was«stimulated by the laser treatment of other areas»?That’s weird. It would have been nice to talk with someone who was empathetic about my experience, but alas! They chose to shame me instead. They were not up front with the pricing and they are difficult to work with if you have a concern. I left more insecure than when I walked in.

Pros: Laser is worth it because it works. The staff are friendly and professional. They are the best part of the business. Clean. Cons: I really am glad I did laser, but I’m not sure if this place is the best. They market it as an «unlimited» amount of treatments, however you only get 9 and then after that its $ 25 per treatment. This was never explained to me when I made the investment. And when I say investment, it was thousands of dollars up front. Also making an appointment is extremely difficult, particularly if you get more than one area. They need to develop a better method to scheduling as it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. I’m still going through the treatments. When I first started I saw results immediately and I recommended it to several of my friends who then went to this place as well… But in all honesty, I should have looked around before committing to this place. I thought about getting another area, but I think I’m going to go elsewhere unless something changes with this business.

The staff are very friendly and professional, but overall I did not think my services were satisfactory. It was over $ 1,000 for a small area on my body, and that was on sale, so I did expect great results. However, I would not call this place a hair«removal» but more of a hair«reduction» facility. I was only allotted 9 treatments and then after that it’s $ 25, even if my hair was not all removed. Sadly, I still had some dark hair left and the nurse blamed my hormones, but I had my doctor check my blood work and I was completely normal. The fact that I paid all that money for a 70% reduction is unnaccep

Friendly knowledgeable staff! Love my results and would highly recommend them! I have read that they are«expensive»; however, it is not an overnight process, and you end up going a total of 9 times over the course of approximately 18 mos to ensure all hair is removed. I bought my packages when they were on sale… which is frequent!

I am not sure by pricey or expensive comments. Did they even compare price with any other people? I think their price is decent. I love Angie, she does super jobs by painless quick treatments. When I moved to Tucson, I started back up my treatment where I left off at Augusta, Georgia. Transfer process was as expected. The only problem I had was my first appointment, the numbing cream did not get to me because they forgot to put in my prescription. I am almost done with my bikini area treatment. One more to go. The result is great.

SOEXPENSIVE! And they’re so busy that its beyond difficult to change an appointment. Just based on that its not worth it. There are other places in town that do the same thing for half the price.

VERYEXPENSIVE !!! But hopefully it will be worth it ;) the laser does not pick up blonde hair which I have. It only picks up dark hair so I was hoping to never have to use a razor again but I dont think that is going to happen for me:(but at least I won’t have any dark course hair ;). We will see how it turns out in the end. Hopefully money well spent. Staff is WONDERFUL !!! They are all so nice !!!
