My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed reconstructive surgery. We are still in the process, but Dr. Sandeen has been amazing. He is very friendly and has great rapport with his patients. The staff recognizes my mother when she comes for appointments and asks how she is doing. Dr. Sandeen is invested in the community, being a graduate of the University of Arizona. I will post an update once the reconstruction is complete, but I highly recommend getting a consultation from him if you are considering plastic or reconstructive surgery.
