We discovered this place after making friends and sharing an Über with someone we met downtown. We were discussing how we haven’t had a great hookah experience in Tucson and were promptly pointed here.
So glad we decided to check it out! Headquarters was honestly the best hookah I’ve ever had. I like very smooth, sweet blends and was suggested to try out the «Cinnamon Toast Crunch» mix. It blew my mind. Absolutely delicious and so smooth that we sat for hours smoking when I usually barely can keep it up for 30 minutes. They were also great about checking in to change coals and stopped to chat a while, suggesting different options and making us feel welcome.
Definitely suggested for a chill night out to just hang and chat with friends. They don’t serve any alcohol here so keep that in mind, but the hookah is so worth it!

The place was a little dirty. There were used tips all over the floor, Ash on the tables, and it looked like they never heard of a mop or a towel for cleaning off tables. The employees sat in the best seating area socializing, smoking their own hookah, and eating microwave popcorn. My group were literally the only guests in the place and it still took forever to get our hookah set up.

Honestly the best hookah I’ve ever smoked. Premium coals, high end hookahs and hoses. They really take care of their investments here. Good environment and fun for groups. Just get here early lol

Just left this place… Wow. Ha not enough places to sit… Went off the reviews on Unilocal.Bad idea! Had to sit at the bar tables. Since everyone was all spread out. They need more couches instead. Ended up standing. Spent $ 16 on a hookah. Not bad. Only smoked for like 15 minutes.

So we tried this place again! Much much better! No more bar tables. Hookah was good. Now that we were comfortable in a couch it was a much better experience!

If you’re looking for the best lounge in Tucson, this is it. Was in Tucson for business, looked around for a good Hookah Lounge and this one was by far the best. The owner was awesome, and a true expect on everything hookah. The owner joined the group for a smoke session, very personable and professional. Will come back next time I’m in tucson.

I love smoking hookah from time to time. I’ve been to a few places in Tucson and none of them are as awesome as this spot. The staff is super friendly and their hookah is delicious! I highly recommend it! Prices are great and I love the atmosphere!!! You won’t be dissaponted!!!

I’ve been to just about every lounge in Tucson and most have been mediocre at best. Either the bowl itself just tasted burnt or the servers weren’t friendly, or anything from a list of other issues came up.
Headquarters is by far the best hookah lounge I’ve had the pleasure of going to. From the large variety of flavors to choose from (not to mention you can customize your bowl), the quality of the hookahs themselves, the atmosphere, and friendly staff, every visit has been an awesome experience. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you’re a hookah enthusiast and want both quality of smoke and an enjoyable experience. You won’t be disappointed!
