Your Zero stars for this company! Just a continuation in Tucson of ARS and their tactics! Their Sunny Plumber counterpart convinced me that all had changed and I renewed my service contract. These guys from Goettl come out and service my AC and try to convince me a part needs to be replaced. They want to charge $ 302 for a job they readilly admitted would take about 45 minutes. (The part was under warranty so this was just for labor!!) I said no way. I called another company to come replace the part at a quote of $ 85 labor. This company comes out and determines the part does not even need to be replaced. Complaints are happening to BBB and attorney general! And Goettl owes me the money I had to pay for the other company’s service call! They will not be getting a renewal on that service contract again either. helps others learn about great local businesses.

Chris was prompt and respectful. He was efficient and thorough. Gave me the quotes and was accurate. Waspersonable and good with my dog. I would use the services again and recommend this company.

Goettl Good Guys were efficient, courteous, friendly, and professional. But most of all, they absolutely went above and beyond for our failed AC in 100 plus degree heat. Thank you Matt, Sal, Billy, and Roy! They all played a part in getting a new system within a day of when the initial call was made. Goettl has definitely got a new dedicated customer who would recommend this company to everyone.
