I use Angie’s List for most of my local services. In the home security system category, FrontPoint had BY FAR the most positive reviews on Angies List, so I decided to purchase my system from FrontPoint. The installation was extremely easy. For activation, I called FrontPoint and they walked me through setting up the control panel. Telephone support has been excellent. A human always answers, never an automated voice. On two occasions, a contractor knocked off the magnet on a door /​window sensor and swept it up with the trash. I called FrontPoint and they sent me a replacement by FedEx for no charge. I would strongly recommend FrontPoint to anyone considering a home security system.
