We did some remodeling of a 4000 square foot home in west Tucson in the spring of 2015. Our plan is to sell the home, but It’s hard to describe the unique layout. Our real estate agent suggested Floor Plans First and I’m glad he did. Pretty quickly a tech came out and measured everything! House, pool house, and five car garage with every detail. We received a JPG and a PDF copy of the plans, twenty printed copies, and a copy mounted onto foamboard for display. Best of all, the plans revealed the size of the home was under-reported by 81 square feet! While it won’t change our sale price, the price per square foot will be even lower for the buyer. I’ll do this again for any other house I intend to remodel. It would also be perfect as plans for securing building permits on larger layout changes.
