I have had the pleasure of going to First Hand Healing on several occasions. Kellye, the owner is the best in town at lymphatic massages. She is an expert in her field and hires only the best practitioners. On the last few occasions I have seen Jillian. I went in with a chronic pain in my leg that wraps around to my back. She knew exactly what it was, treated it and gave me exercises to do at home. She explained the problem to me in lay mans terms which helped me understand the muscles and ligaments that are the problem. Jillian really knows her stuff!
I don’t think there is a better place in town for the environment, which is peaceful and beautifully decorated, but even more so for the therapists. You can go for a relaxing massage or for be treated an issue you may be having. Your experience will be amazing!

If you’re looking for the best, you’ve found it here. There are quite a few major spa chains around the area and I invite you to give the personally owned options a try. I had Jillian for an orthopedic massage and the dull constant ache that I’ve had in my upper back was completely gone by the end of our hour session! The entire session was face up, and yet she healed a chronic issue that was in my back. The woman is surely talented in what she does! 100% will be returning to this business. Very clean, inviting and relaxing rooms, and she was very attentive and personable.

We all have such busy hurried lives. It’s important to find some peace, some solace and a place where we can be cared for. A better therapudic massage can not be found in the whole Southwest!
Kellye, Carol and staff are the most knowlegeable, kind and the Best at treating chronic kinks, aches and general over worked bodies!
Fantastic experience in everyway! You will be easily hooked…

The best of the best! I had been looking for a good massage therapist for years to help with my chronic muscular pain and tightness. I had just about given up on finding someone who could make me feel better for more than just a day or two, and then after a great deal of research called First Hand Healing. I found Carol, who isn’t just good — she’s wonderful. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this amazing woman! She listens to my complaints and treats appropriately, and gives wonderful tips on how to maintain between our treatments. She’s gotten me to a point where I can actually freely move again, and where I truly feel relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in years! When I walk out of their beautiful and serene location, I feel like I’m walking on clouds for weeks! I highly recommend Carol at First Hand Healing!

I have used JAN twice, on different trips to Tucson from California. I couldn’t have gotten a better massage. Every trace of tension, muscle aches and discomfort were eliminated by the time I got off the table. And I am accustomed to getting them for about the last 30 years. Jan is as good as they come. If they had 10 stars I would give them.

With so many massage options in this city sometimes it’s hard to decide where to go but luckily I had met the owner Kellye and got to know her so I felt very comfortable.
My fiancé and I both went in for massages on Christmas eve last year and it was such a wonderful present to ourselves. I was so highly impressed with the staff and the office. I love the office décor, products available, and serene feeling you get while there.
The treatment room was very relaxing with soft lighting and I loved the massage table, it has a heating pad so the bed is warm. I could have just fallen asleep if I let myself.
My massage therapist was Janine and she did a wonderful job, just the right amount of pressure and she got all my tight areas loosened up. I will definitely return.
