I have been very happy working with Furgeson on my new house. Jillian has patiently and expertly guided me through the many choices I have had to make. She has researched and communicated with me efficiently and professionally. Their showroom is beautiful and full of great ideas. Their pricing is competitive too. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed. It is best if you have an appointment though, I have stopped in a few times and been helped, but appts seem to work best.

They missed out on some good business. Went in the other day on a Saturday and no one would help us. One person walked right past us and didn’t even say hi or we will be with you soon. We would have been an easy sell! Certainly was for the place across the street.

Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. When I asked a question, I got the deer in headlights look. I would think making a recommendation on a product category wouldn’t be so tough. I felt my business wasn’t wanted.

Yes. Yes, this is my idea of heaven. God, please tell me that the afterlife includes designer bathtubs and custom fixtures. Yes, I’ll admit it, we did just purchase a $ 500+ toilet here. A queen does deserve a throne after all. Correct?
We stopped in 15 minutes before closing, without an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend that. My husband spent the first ten minutes trying to convince me that no, we did not need to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars on our new bathroom remodel, while I begged, pleaded and cried my way into persuading him that a toilet really is the anchor of any worthy bathroom. He gave in, just as I was about to give out from heart palpitations due to all of the bathroom beauty surrounding me. We were able to flag down a service rep to help us order my prized possession and she stayed with us after closing to talk all things toilets, no complaints.
If you’re rich, hit this place up. If you’re not, and you’ve got a deep desire for the exquisite and expensive, stay far, far away my friends. You’ve been warned.

We were looking for a new bathroom light, and their showroom had many to choose from, they also had many catalogs to choose out of too.
The staff is friendly and know a lot about their products.
Over all we ended up buying a light for our bathroom and leaving with new ideas to help make our bathroom better.
