Not impressed. I went in looking for suits, and spent my entire lunch break being pushed into clothes that don’t fit. I’m sorry, but squeezing me into a two does not actually make me feel better about myself, especially when I start by telling you that I wear a six. I physically had to reach around store employees to get the sizes I want, as the salesperson was standing in front of the rack I needed insisting that «you look so cute in that, you don’t want to go up a size!» (The skirt was a «couldn’t walk properly» level of tight.)
Two stars for bilingual employees and because it’s entirely possible that I had one rogue employee.

I was impressed by this Express location, granted it’s a mall and it’s a chain I get it. But the people working here were amazing. Several staff are bilingual which is a fantastic asset and everyone was very helpful. Their women’s suits are fabulous and the staff are great at helping you with fit/​styling. I’ll definitely be back again.
