We bought a Bullfrog from Christina, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Then came the delivery WOW… you can tell they have experience delivering spas. Scott and Francisco were amazing. They stayed and actually filled the spa and went thru the operations of it with us, I will be telling all I know to call economy for a spa!

We had purchased one of their bullfrog spas through a costco sale a few years back. It is a nice spa, but it had several mechanical issues on and off for the first few months. Their service tech was very persistent and was able work with the folks in manufacturing to get the issues diagnosed and resolved. Their store staff is very friendly and have helped us keep it running clean ever since. Thx guys!

Just had E Konomy pool install a new high efficiency 2 speed pool motor and pump waiting now for the savings to roll in. Great service, less then 2 hours to install and the unit operates on high speed for almost ½ the cost of my old unit and on low speed uses less then a 100 watt light bulb. Helpful staff and installers, give them a shout.

Terrible overall service. I moved into a new house, met the technician while he was servicing my neighbors home. I set up an appointment with my wife to meet with the sales rep. They offered us monthly service for 95.00 a month, and chemical sales prn(estimated 20 – 30 bucks a month). After our first month, we were already being Dissapointed. Never the same technician, always left caps loose, equipment off, had to call the«trainer» back out to my house multiple times to fix what the new guys had broken. After 4 months of frustration, and looking our bill — which was around 195.00 a month, they were charging me for 25 tabs of chlorine a month. I have had pools my entire life, and never have used 25 tabs in an entire summer. Needless to say, this is not a service I would recommend. Tucson is hot, you need a pool, but definitely not this pool service. Do yourself a favor, and ask around.

The company has provided service for years to our apartment complex. We have many vendors so watching each one can be difficult. We recently did an audit and found that they were charging us for 3x a week service even when the pool was closed. We had called them to figure out how to reduce the bill — and they had no suggestions, meanwhile they were charging us to care for an unused pool. In my mind«Service» is about looking out for the client’s best interest. In this case they enjoyed taking our money and made NO attempt at providing us with service that was appropriate for our needs. When I talked to Steve Archer — he said, «hey, that’s up to you»… but THEY are supposed to be our«experts». They are«expert» at taking as much money as they can from you and hope you don’t figure it out.

I am a Realtor in Tucson and have been working for a buyer on a short sale property. We have been trying endlessly to get the pool clean and clear and have had no luck. Today we had Tom with E-konomy come over to help us figure out what needed to be done. He was incredible! Not only did he send us in the right direction for what we needed to do, but as he was leaving a HUGE bull snake crawled into the house! He went in, wrangled it and took it out into the desert! I don’t know what we would have done without him! Thank you e-konomy for hiring and sending us the most amazing tech possible!

I really didn’t want to have to write this review, I called both the service manager and the owner, tried to reason with them and gave them several opportunities to correct their work to no avail. Economy(E-Konomy) pool service came out to fix my leaking pool filter and sold me a new o-ring. 3 weeks later we noticed that the pool filter still leaked and called again, E-Konomy snet someone else ot to look at the filter and said we needed a new one for close to $ 1000.00. Needless to say I was not happy and asked for some kind of consideration. They offer me credit on a new filter, if they did the work. Brought the price down to $ 885.00 I made some calls and found the same filter for about $ 130.00 less with obviously no credit and the same warrantee. I did call and speak to the owner and he said he would arrange something for us, and never heard from them again. Such bad customer service and public relations after doing business with them for almost 7 years. But all is well, I found a better, more honest, more reliable company.

We have recently purchased our new spa from Scott & Christina via the Costco road show promotion. We had an outstanding experience! Both S & C spent a great deal of time with us checking out the different spa models; finding just the right one to meet our needs. We received specific information about the prep work we needed to do to get ready for the delivery. Scott referred us to an electrician as well and he did a great job. Our spa was delivered on time as promised with every attention to detail spent with us on our set-up. We have been using it for nearly 2 weeks and simply LOVE it!!! We would highly recommend purchasing through E-Konomy Pools &Spas.
