Barely acknowledged me when I walked in the door. My appointment was at one after they called me that morning to reschedule and didn’t know my name when they called and they still weren’t ready for me until 130. There was nowhere to sit because there were purses on all the chairs. However she did do a good job on my nails. Had a good selection of colors and I was happy with how my manicure turned out.

Gina at Divinity Salon is so sweet. She has done my nails three times now. I always get gel nails. Gina takes her time and is very thorough. The salon is very clean, always playing good music, and is very comfortable. Gina always uses clean tools and is very good at her job. I am a regular now!!!

My professor changed the time for my class last minute, so I was unable to make it to my appointment. The don’t offer rescheduling if you cancel less than 24 hours, yet on their scheduling system it says«Divinty Salon requires 12 hours advance notice when canceling online». Either way, getting my refund back from Groupon, good riddens! EDIT: Just found out my Groupon was«redeemed». I did NOT redeem this Groupon. I don’t see anywhere where if I cancel in less than 24 hours they STEAL from me! 0STARS!

Awful experience! Bought a $ 90 Groupon for 3 mani/pedis. Took forever to get an appointment– when I finally did the lady(Gina) was extremely rude, and made me wait 15 min while she sat at the desk– despite the fact that she called me minutes BEFORE the appointment to see where I was like she was in a hurry. While I was waiting, couldn’t help noticing how filthy the salon was– everything looked disgusting– dirt on the walls and it smelled like cat pee! I wasn’t going to let a place like that touch my nails(I doubt they clean their tools if they can’t clean their salon) so I booked it. Well, apparently she decided my 15 min wait was worth my $ 90 groupon– because she went ahead and redeemed the whole thing! Hopefully I can get some help from Groupon’s customer service– but please avoid this awful place!

I had a Groupon for a mani-pedi that expired on April 3, and the date kinda sneaked up on me, so I e-mailed Divinity and asked if they’d still honor the Groupon if I scheduled the appointment before April 3; they said that was no problem. So I scheduled it for April 23, but I was late getting there because it took me a while to find the place, so I lost my appointment and had to re-schedule for May 1. I expected that my Groupon would just be worth what I’d paid, so I got only the manicure, but then I was told they would honor the Groupon and would do the pedicure that day if I wanted(which I didn’t have time for) but was pleasantly surprised that when I made the appointment for the pedicure, that would still be considered part of the Groupon. I guess after other people had bad experiences with Groupons, the salon reviewed its policy and took action. Kudos to them for that. To anyone who feels like the Groupon was a waste of money, I’d suggest sending an e-mail to Divinity; I think there’s a good chance they’d be willing to work with you. They do have only one nail person, Gina, and she’s very busy, so I can see how she might come across as not personable, but I’m not a chatty person either so it worked out fine for me. Gina did a lovely job on my manicure and I’m looking forward to the pedicure. There were several women getting their hair done while I was there and they all seemed pretty happy. Divinity’s website could use some work. The prices of services are not listed. There’s a map of the salon’s location, but it is still tricky to find. It’s on the northwest corner of Grant and Country Club, in the northwest corner of a strip mall called Sunstate. In this strip mall there are, unfortunately, a lot of empty storefronts with«For Lease» signs on them. Two of them are on either side of Divinity, so at first glance it looks like the salon may be out of business, but keep going and you’ll find it.

Terrible groupon experience. It was difficult to get an appointment and by the time she had an opening, the coupon expired. The mani/pedi woman would not accept my groupon for the value I purchased it for after it had expired. She argued with me even though it states in black and white«value paid for groupon NEVER expires.» Luckily groupon refunded my money after I complained. I was looking for a regular place to get mani/pedis. The woman was unprofessional, rude, and curt. This is not the place.

Bought a groupon for mani/pedi. I’ve tried several times to call to make an appointment, and they simply don’t answer the phone. Drove to location, and they have one person who does nails and she works 2 days a week?!

My appointment was at 10:30. I waited for 45 minutes! I was told I could go do errands and come back! I will never go back! I’m never doing groupons again for mani pedi. It is not worth it! I’d rather pay more and go to a professional salon.

Had a Groupon for a mani-padi. I have a neurological medical condition and tried explaining what makes my right foot less jumpy when getting a pedi. Her immediate, loud response was«I have been in my profession for 20 years. Don’t tell me how to do my job». I left without redeeming my groupon. Rarely do I meet anyone in a service profession who is so very unprofessional.

Drove 40 minutes across town for an appointment scheduled for 10:30. Sat in the lobby for about 20 minutes before anyone even made eye contact, at which point we were told they«hoped» that someone was on their way to take care of us. When at 10:45 no one showed, I left. Needless to say, i’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

I have gotten my sew-in done by Ciantha twice now and she is fantastic. She’s a sweet girl that is easy to talk to and she works very hard without compromising quality. The atmosphere is intimate in a way that salons should be. By the end of my appointment, I ended up talking to other stylists and clients. Ciantha takes cash or credit and it usually on time. Her prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of work. She’s my go to stylist here in Tucson.

I was referred by one of my co-workers to Ciantha she did such a great job on my hair! The atmosphere in the salon was very professional! I would see Ciantha again very happy with the outcome!
