We got package D for this past weekend(Chairs, tables, snow cone machine, generator and a jump castle) for my daughter’s birthday. The delivery of everything was on time and the delivery person was very nice. The downside was with everything else. The table and chairs were dirty, the snow cone machine was dirty the generator stopped working half way through the party and the bounce house was a wreck. We paid $ 195 for everything and the kids could not even use the bounce house. It had horrible holes in it to where it kept collapsing onto the kids. We tried calling the company MANY times and no one ever answered. The delivery driver unfortunately could not help with anything. He stated someone would call us. No one ever did on Monday and then finally today(Tuesday) my husband called again and spoke to someone. They are supposedly(has not hit our account yet) refunding us a small portion(barely enough to cover the unusable bounce house and does not cover the cost of the non working generator to run the bounce house), I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again. Horrible experience.

I paid $ 150 for a jump/slide combo. Delivery was on time and flexible but the castle was in terrible shape. There were so many holes in the castle that it would collapse whenever more than one person went to one side. The slide would support no weight at all and was completely useless. Even the weight of a 5 year old child was too much for the slide to support. The kids had to essentially climb out of the slide. The nets around the slide and the jumping area were frayed and ripped. I called the company and told them about my dissatisfaction. The person I spoke with said tat she would notify the owner of the castle(apparently dj castles doesn’t own the jumping castles?) and get back to me. It has been more than a week since that conversation and I have heard nothing. I’d recommend finding another company for your event.
