First, I would just like to state that I am not an employee or personal friend of the DataDrive offices. My positive review stems primarily from the excellent customer service and above and beyond repair I received from this store. I recently was looking into recovering some old files from a computer that I no longer use, and through some research I discovered DataDrive. I brought my desktop to them for recovery service, and they promptly recovered what I needed. They even did EXTRA service when there were files I forgot to mention to them to recover! These gents are exceptional in all that they do, and even though I have relocated to another country, I would strongly recommend these guys for all of your computer needs.

We have got here a couple times for problems with our computers/​external hard drives and they have been very courteous and prompt. For our external drive they were able to retrieve the lost data. For our computer that would not boot up, they found the problem, and fixed it. In both cases the work was completed that day.
