I will not give 5 stars just yet because there are so many places in town. When I do go there it is always good and the service has been friendly and with so many different varieties to choose from it can be difficult to make up one’s mind. Always good no matter what.

I also watched the manager at this same location mistreat employees which was in 2015, but in writing this review I hope the management improves. Even if they are new employees doesn’t mean they should be ‘embarrassed’ in front of everyone for making mistakes, especially when they are learning. Is it not supposed to be a fun environment?

I used to live down the road and this ice cream was the bomb and always so good and quick YUM the mixing of flavors are the best!!! I loved the apple pie ice cream and mixing of sweet vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips, m&ms, and nuts really the bomb I miss it Go there so worth it I miss the desert!!!

We were in town for a wedding and stopped by this Coldstone location for a late Saturday night treat. The ice cream was what you can expect from Coldstone, delicious and creamy and rich and hand-​mixed to perfection! It’s fun to watch them fold the ingredients into the ice cream on the frozen marble slabs. It’s almost like Chipotle for ice cream. So, one star because I love Coldstone and was not disappointed by what I got here.
What I WAS severely disgruntled by was the way the manager/​owner treated the employee who was assisting us. I don’t normally complain about service, but I think people who are servers/​waitresses/​hostesses, etc. deserve people standing up for them. It was late at night, we were the only people there, and there was only one employee working. She was friendly; we chatted with her and found out she was pretty new to the job. Then the manager came out. She completely berated the girl for what a mess she made with the ice cream getting on the outside of the cup. She had given us a little too much ice cream for the size we got, and so we jokingly said, «Thanks so much for some extra, free ice cream!» And the manager looked at us and said, «Are you teaching my new employee to have bad habits?» (Awkward turtle) In teaching her how to use the gift card option on the register, she talked as if the girl was in kindergarten and not in high school. It was unprofessional for her to treat her new employee like this, especially in front of us.
Props to you, new hire! You were nice and we liked chatting with you. If I were you, my face would’ve gotten more red over that embarrassing treatment…

They have a kid’s size that is just right!

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Coldstone. I only went because I have a gift card and we were literally passing by one. I’ve never really liked Coldstone before and I think I’ve been… once. The young man that was working was very helpful and professional. After trying a few flavors I went with the marshmallow… it was like eating cold marshmallow fluff. Amazing. I was looking at the prices thinking its pretty expensive but we both got smalls, I got a mix-​in and the fiancé got a waffle bowl and the total was less than it usually is for the two of us getting gelato or froyo so I guess I can’t complain. I’d still prefer gelato or froyo but it was nice to have a giftcard to try something new. I think we’ll use the rest of the gift card to try their smoothies next time.
