I would do negative stars if I could. My husband, myself and brother in law ate from this location last night(ordered steak bowls) and all ended up with severe, awful food poisoning. Avoid this location!

Just ate(a few bites)… Actually, let me tell you a short story. We order our food and get to the end of the line before they tell us they’re out of lettuce. We go back and forth about just leaving, but we don’t want to waste the food… We go ahead and buy the food. I mention to the cashier that for future reference, it’d be good to tell people what you’re out of before you start making their food. She agrees, mostly patronizingly, and says she’ll tell the line. Now, I was waiting for fajita veggies to be cooked, so we’re standing there watching them serve the line… Every person gets to the end, asks for lettuce, and gets told«oh, we’re out of lettuce… sorry.» Ridiculous. We get home, start eating the food… Barbacoa is old, overall food is regrettable. Ironically, still wasting food because it tastes bad. We should have just left and gone to Chipotle down the road at Ina & Oracle, and that’s exactly what we’ll do for our future Chipotle wants and needs. Host name on the receipt was Zoe, whatever that means.

I love chipotle but this has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Won’t be going back.

I will NEVER return to this Chipotle location even though it is the closest one to my house. I will drive across town to a better one if I have to.(Actually, my extremely disappointing experience at this location, is the REASON I just started a Unilocal account). The girls on the assembly line were no older than 18, and were more interested in gossiping loudly about the last customer’s special order, than asking what I was ordering in the moment. This is not indicative of all young people in a work setting – it’s a reflection of the management and the moral that the person in charge does(or clearly did not, in this situation) impart. When I asked why I was being charged extra for guacamole(and a tiny scoop at that), the cashier rolled her eyes, signed annoyingly at me, and said that I could have that OR a protein… but I didn’t order a protein(i.e. meat or sofritas). She continued to argue with me, until I finally insisted that she actually look at what I had ordered. She gave no apology. Before I was even done paying, she berated a co-worker who was clearly older than her, for mis-ordering cokes… the week before, and spent about a minute arguing with him. He looked totally deflated. Whoever the manager is here needs to give their staff a reality check about overall kindness and hospitality to themselves and their customers. I also ordered chips, which were clearly leftover from lunch, and either undercooked or stale. Get with it guys!

The proportions are laughable at this location. The food tastes fine but compared to other Chipotle locations they skimp on everything. We got chips and salsa on the side and the salsa was barely a quarter of a cup full. Every time we go to this location(because it’s the closest to our home) we get the same results. If you can, make the drive to the better stores nearby.

I mean, chipotle is amazing. But in order to justify paying almost eight bucks for a burrito, that thing better be MASSIVE. This location skimps real bad when making the burritos. Go to the new one on Cortaro, they’re not afraid to load it up! :)

I am all for great food that is quick and convenient. Unfortunately, this is not the spot for me. I find the food to be average and the service only so so. They are quick but quick to a fault. I feel as though I am in line at the school cafeteria. No time no time chop chop and with workers that seem to want to be anywhere but where they are. For what it’s worth… My daughter likes the vegetarian bowl they offer.

Usually love this Chipole but this time I’m not sure if the employees were staring at the pretty girls in front of me and gave them larger portions and even wrapped my tortilla into their Togo order. Slightly disappointed but understandable.

As far as chiplote goes if you have been to them all! Consistently good meat and extras that always gets made fast and just how I want it! The employees are always super friendly and patient even when there is a line! The food seems fresh and the chips and guac are to die for. Love the vegetarian and burrito bowl option and even the packaging is cute! Will always be a quick mcdonalds alternative!

I love Chipotle! My daughter loves Chipotle. We stopped by here while out and about running errands. The food was as delicious as it always seems to be. We stopped in during the lunch time rush and were served and seated in a few short minutes. Keep doing what your doing Chipotle, and we will continue to come back.

I love Chipotle but I hate this location. The portions of everything(especially the meat) are extremely skimpy. Last time I was there I asked for just a little extra steak and I got a dirty look and just three extra pieces of meat. The time before that, I asked for double steak, and I even paid extra. The portion was still incredibly small. I don’t ever get smiles or eye contact here. When it’s loud and I can’t hear the employees the first time, they repeat themselves harshly. Everyone always seems irritated and flustered, and I will never return to this location. The people at the Ina location are so much nicer. I remember once upon a time when the manager and the rest of the staff were so cheerful and nice to me and other customers. If they could get back to basics, maybe I might return.

The employees here are super rude. When ever we asked to add something to our burritos the lady would roll her eyes. Then the next chick rolled our burritos wrong and the check out girl just laughed at her in stead of showing her how to roll them. I asked for a bigger cup for water she said then buy a soda thats the only size you’ll get. I said all I want is water. We will find a new Chipotle, these girls are rude. If you dont like your job I’m sure hundreds of other people would be happy to take your place!

I love Chipotle’s fresh, tasty blend of favors. I have been happy eating at 3 different Chipotles in Tucson, but the La Cholla and Ina location stands out. We can depend on the same good flavor and consistency on any day we choose to go. The food is always fresh. I notice the care they take in handling the food, often changing gloves for –various reasons. The staff is super friendly even though they are having a steady influx of customers. They get you through the long line fast and efficiently. They don’t run out of items when busy. I find the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I suspicion that some of the complaints I read are chronic. I have never had a negative experience. This is definitely my favorite location. We have also eaten at the Campbell location– not as reliable as the Ina/La Cholla.

I usually enjoy Chipotle but tonight was not great. We ordered our food which was a small portion of meat, rice and salsa. I’m not sure why this location always skimps on the portions. We headed to pay and was told that they were out of chips and guacamole. Those are my two favorite things to get there. I’m still confused how a Mexican restaurant can run out of chip and guacamole. Seems like that should be a priority. I hope this changes otherwise we will have to find another Chipotle to visit.

This location is definitely the worst one in Tucson. Unfortunately for me because I live in the burbs… this is the one I’ve gone to unless I feel like making a drive, so I’ve got several experiences that back up this review. This location definitely, definitely, DEFINITELY gives you less meat, less rice, less everything. If you ask for more you get shot dirty looks from the whole line of staff. Also, the guacamole here is tasteless… and I always order it thinking the last time was an off night. PLEASEADDLIMEJUICEANDMORETOMATOES/ONIONS. I didn’t just pay $ 3 for mashed avocado did I… yep, I did. The staff are sort of nice, but only if you go through the line and don’t ask for your moneys worth of food. Chipotle was better before all the hype

I have been to chipotle a few other times but this past experience really was sub par. This hipster quasi Mexican restaurant is a glorified taco bell with a higher prices. On this most recent trip, the soda machine was down, no advertisement anywhere. No I don’t want to buy your trendy overpriced ice tea in a bottle. After paying more than 7 dollars for a burrito the first bite should not be of cold filling. For the 7 dollars, I can go to a real local Mexican joint and. Have a quality burrito.

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst location I have visited. My husband, a friend, and I stopped here to grab some lunch while we were in the area(not our usual Chipotle spot). I had a burrito and my hubs had a bowl. SMALLEST burrito i’ve ever received. I know what I like so I always order the same ingredients so I know it is a fair comparison. They use much smaller portions of the ingredients. My husband who had to ask for double meat, still didn’t seem like he had all that much. Our friend who ordered last was asked by the staff if he wanted double meat too. When he declined, they gave him half a spoonful of the chicken. It still tasted great just disappointed in the service and inconsistent servings. Will not be back to this location.
