Chipotle is really great. It’s a bit expensive but i love it. The chips with mild salsa are so good, they are just very savory and salty with lots of cilantro in the mild salsa. I usually get the Barbacoa burrito with white rice and black beans. It never gets old. They also serve alcohol here so you can have a xx with your drink if you’d like. Definitely a solid fast food option. I like the location because it’s right on my way home from work.

Chipotle has really gone down in quality. This particular location was dirty without a single clean table in the place. It is sad that this once great chain is no longer desirable. The counter service is rushed — even in slow times — and clearly, this location has either no manager or poor management. They are lucky the health department doesn’t shut them down. I also saw someone eating with her hands in the area where they cook the food. Pathetic. Maybe Chipotle will be the next Baja Fresh and go out of business. The food here used to be better too.

Gotta say, after a year and a half of not coming to this location things have not gotten any better. Regardless of the time of day(we went in at 8:15pm) there should always be the same level of service. There was a new guy on the line, one employee trying to help and two people(one looked like the manager) chatting and doing prep while the line of people continued to build up. This is the same issue I had last year on multiple occasions, unfortunately nothing has been done about it. Food is great, I’m sure other times of the day it’s better as well, but after the dinner rush… plan on waiting a while for your food.

I think it should be a felony that they don’t let you know that they’re out of guacamole til you get to the end(when they put the guacamole on)

I’ve been going to this chipotle for a while and I normally just shrug off their bad customer service, but lately this chipotle has been staffed with college students who are all on their periods. I walked in on a Sunday at 5pm. All their staff was in the back messing around and the only person to acknowledge me was the chef who just blankly stared back at me. Finally this pizza faced bro walks towards me and takes my order. He was really skimping on my salad bowl so I asked him to give me more and he sprinkles a little lettuce and begins to give me attitude like, is THAT enough? Then I ordered a burrito and clearly this was just his breaking point because he’s rolling his eyes and sighing every like 10 seconds. I asked for salsa in a cup. He grabs a cup, then deliberately puts the salsa in the burrito. Then has the balls to say, oh did you want it in a cup? Clearly he did it on purpose but I was like oh my god just give me the burrito. Then I walked out of chipotle, never to this location again.

I’ll admit I’m Mexican and love me some Chipotle. I know it’s not the most authentic, but God I love the steak they put in their burritos. Plus you can load it with a lot of things and nearly all of those things are fresh and yummy. It is decently priced and pretty clean. Also, the people that work here are really friendly and are quick even when the place is packed. Definitely my favorite Chipotle in Tucson.

This is my favorite Chipotle in Tucson! I absolutely love Chipotle, but I have had problems at several of the other locations near U of A campus. This location never disappoints. I was here last week and asked for a vinaigrette close to closing time and they were out but the girl working said she would make me some. So awesome! This has happened to me at another Chipotle and they just said«sorry we’re out» and that was it. The manager is here is very polite and has great customer service. I will make the longer drive to the Chipotle on Campbell every time.

This location is my chipotle safe haven! Living near campus I usually go to the chipotle on university but this location is worth the extra mile drive for the quieter atmosphere, no WWE throw down action for seating, no half hour line, ingredients always appear stocked, and the staff seems friendlier.

No lettuce for the salad – they were out and had to use the shredded lettuce. No chicken ready – had to wait to be cooked and no ice tea– they were completely out. Oh and the drink was free… Fail

Fast food chains in general are a pretty boring lot, but sometimes I’m not looking for something imaginative and exciting. I want fast and no fuss. Enter Chipotle. I can usually get in and out of a Chipotle in 20 minutes(I can eat quickly when necessary), and I don’t walk out feeling bloated and guilty because I just devoured 3 days worth of sodium, saturated fat, and calories in one sitting. As a bonus, their food actually tastes good! I usually stick with the salads or the burrito bowls, and pile on the brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, and multiple salsas. Sometimes I have them plop some guacamole on top — which is $ 1.80 extra, but about what you’d pay at any other place for a side of(generally puny) guacamole. The ingredients are fresh, and it’s nice to see a chain taking steps towards being responsible when it comes to sourcing their food(even baby steps are steps in the right direction!). I also like how consistent they are — if you’ve been to one Chipotle, you’ve seen them all — same menu, same food quality, same cleanliness. This comes in handy when you’re traveling through an unfamiliar city and you’re looking for a quick place to stretch your legs, grab lunch, and use a bathroom(Chipotle’s restrooms are almost always clean). I really like that I can watch them assemble my order, adding more customizations along the line. I do avoid burritos though: the tortillas are totally inadequate, and are unable to hold up to the fillings, which can be on the«juicier» side. No, it’s not«true» Mexican food. If I’m craving Mexican, this is just about the last place I’d go to. But when I want fast and healthy on the go, Chipotle fits the bill.

Normally I’m all about Chipotle but with one guy behind the counter my order of one burrito bowl gets cold with no one to finish it. He proceeded to start three more burritos before moving on to mine. All the while the girl at the register watched the backup unwilling or unable to help. Apparently she’d been trained to handle my cash but not my food

I love this Chipotle. It’s close enough to work to head over for lunch, and it’s also on my route home(dangerous, right?). I’ve had consistent great service and I think they’ve only gotten it wrong once… it was an online order, so I can’t really complain too much about that. Highly recommend.

Chipotle is delicious but this Chipotle has the worst staff. They skimp on the portions and get pissy when you ask for more. None of the staff portion equally so your burrito has two bites of meat and is swimming in sour cream… Not tasty! The last three times I’ve been in I have had to wait for them to cook more protein, so I wait… for twenty minutes… then when I get back in line they run out of guacamole! COMEON! I have had multiple jobs in the food industry, I get it… The restaurant business sucks but at least pretend to like your job. This staff consistently makes the same mistakes every single time I visit this location which is why I have to give it two stars. The food is good, if its available, but the staff is atrocious! Correctly train your staff!!! Please!

It’s like every other Chipotle ever. But if you want to do Chipotle like a boss, order online or on your phone, walk in, pick up your food, and watch the 20 people in line stare at you with jealously in their eyes.

My husband and I went to this Chipotle every Wednesday. Food is always delicious. Other than that… There are always at least 4 staff members in the restaurant and maybe 1 or 2 helping the line of people. Multiple times we have been ignored while staff divides there tips for the evening or clean up the lobby like they are getting ready to close(even though its only 8:30). I truly value cleanliness, especially in restaurants, but you do not need 3 people cleaning and ignoring customers while you leave 1 or 2 people to handle everything else. Not to mention that people hardly look you in the eye while they speak to you, even at the register. Food=great! customer service=awful

I love Chipotle’s product. I like the fresh, natural approach to foods and love how Chipotle is on-board with these views of food(lots of people may not know how high quality Chipotle’s ingredients are). Even though I love the food, I’m not a huge fan of this location. I’ve been a couple times and both times its been dirty and messy — even when its not busy. I haven’t experienced the same with the Chipotle on University. On the plus side, it seems like there tends to be shorter lines so that’s good. The staff are friendly and accommodating and you can still expect the same great Chipotle product!

I frequent this joint several times a week. I’m an addict. I love the steak tacos and corn salsa. I feel like Norm from Cheers sometimes, because some of the staff know me and know my order when I reach the counter. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a chain restaurant. If you have been to any chipotle this is the exact same experience. But this is the best mexican chain I’ve ever been to. Amazing portions, great tasting food, and quality is their main priority. Every meat is a good choice, unless you go for the vegetarian option it’s just too little to satisfy anyone. Is it more expensive than subway? Yes. Does subway even come close in terms of satisfaction? Not a chance.

Let’s get real: It’s CHIPOTLE. If you’ve been to any of the other chain locations in the U.S., you know what to expect. I would have to agree with another Unilocaler, Ivette O., that disagreed with it being a «true Mexican grill.» I’ve had my fair share of «true Mexican» food and this isn’t really comparable in the authentic department. Nevertheless, it is damn good! I particularly enjoyed the steak at this location, it appeared to be med-rare+, which is my favorite cooking. I mixed the carnitas and steak with light white rice, hot salsa, and some sour cream into a burrito… completely satisfying. Not to mention the fact that they have all of the different Tabasco flavors! Disclaimer: I AM A TABASCOFREAK. So, I mean, I had the original and green bottles constantly flowing onto my burrito. Major plus! Only downside of this location was the attitude of the staff on this given Tuesday night… they almost seemed annoyed that they had customers walking in the door. This aside, it didn’t change the fantastic burrito I devoured!

Me gusta Chipotle on Cambpell! The staff is so friendly, even when they are slammed. The portions are ginormous, I love that it is locally acquired and the pigs used are in deep-bedded pens. Everything there always so fresh tasting. I love the veggie burrito bowl with two scoops of corn salsa, one scoop of the pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac with black beans. Hmm… maybe we will go there for dinner tonight.
