Terry at Channel Choice is terrific. She helped me untangle the mess I almost made when I called the DISH800 number myself. To top it off, I saved $ 100.00!

Do not trust any quote you are given from Directtv for cable services. I was charged significantly more than the written quote I was given and even though I still had it in writing they refused to give me the price quoted AFTER service began. They did not send a bill until after the 30 day cancellation policy was over and then refused to cancel without a $ 400 payment for early termination. The gal on the phone refused to let me speak to her supervisor. I have contacted the BBB.

I was a little skeptical, but after sitting down with Roman, it just couldn’t be any better. So good, that later I brought my 2 sister in laws in and they also used Channel Choice. Great customer service, no 800 numbers, can’t say enough!
