Cell Medics 911

I contacted Cell Medics 911 via email (no working phone!) asking for a quote to replace a part on my phone that no one in town seemed able to help me with. Surprisingly, and to my relief, I received a response within only about ten minutes with a very competitive price. I was told that the part could be ordered on the next business day, and I would be notified 1 – 2 days later when it arrived.
I didn’t hear back within that time frame, so I replied twice to the existing email thread asking for any update. When I didn’t receive a reply I sent one additional email outside of the original thread, thinking that maybe my reply messages could have been overlooked. That message was also completely ignored, for whatever reason.
I would have been understanding if the price I was quoted needed to be adjusted, or even if I was told that the repair could not be done. Instead, two weeks from my initial email I have had no follow-​up whatsoever, and am obviously not satisfied with the service I did not receive.
I’ll be able to get my phone repaired elsewhere or purchase the parts and tools required to fix it myself, but I wish I hadn’t wasted all this time waiting.
