Judging Criteria:
1. First appearance: The patty is shy. It is hiding under the sesome seed bun.
2. Flavor: Surprisingly good. The patty didn’t taste overcooked or dry. I could taste the signature flame grilled flavor The bun to meat to condiments was all even. Nothing overpowered the other.
3. Meat to bun ratio: Perfect. Every bite had an even amount of all ingredients. The only downside was the patty was on the thin side. Everything was finished at the same time.
4. Included extras (veggies /​condiments): Ketchup, mustard, pickles.
5. Price: $ 0.99
Grade: B = Really good. The burger has good flavor but might have a flaw or two.

This place is in desperate need of a make over. It’s just gross. Also, if you’re not open for 10 – 15 more minutes in the mornings then keep your f-​nig lights off!!!

Came here to try the Halloween burger and I was not disappointed. Staff was curteous and the restaurant was clean. I don’t remember whoppers being so big (hadn’t been to a bk in like forever) Burger was super good I wish I grabbed two. Will definitely be coming to this one again considering how clean it was.

I went through the drive up. I was leaving and I drove off the side of the drive up. $ 1000 worth of damage! There used to be a wall there but obviously numerous others have hit the same spot I did. It was never fixed and is very dangerous as you can’t see it when you are sitting in the drive up.
I tried to talk to them about it and they would not even return my call. They are callous about the damage being done to their ex customers!

Their service is not good. If you go inside and order, say, two cheeseburgers, and a drive thru customer comes in five minutes later and also orders two cheeseburgers, they will give your cheeseburgers to the drive-​thru customer.
If no drive thru customer gets your cheeseburgers, then your cheeseburgers will be allowed to cool down to room temperature before you get them.
You could try contacting BK feedback on your website, and get a reply that someone will contact you, but no one will contact you. If you try to reply, your email to the person who promised you a callback will bounce.
BK service at all Tucson locations are similar, which suggests that it’s a problem caused by the district manager. The district manager of course, should be fired, but he’s probably in line for the CEO position.

This is the first time I came to this Burger King and I won’t be returning. We ordered the fiery chicken fries which weren’t Spicy. They were out of Dr. Pepper. I ordered a simple whopper with no tomato or lettuce, add Bacon. There’s was tomato and lettuce on it, and no Bacon, which I was paid extra for. The food was cold and which we ate as soon as we got home but it was literally only a 5 minute drive, it shouldn’t be cold so soon. The girl at the drive thru had a hard time comprehending our simple order which we had to repeat and clarify multiple times. I used to work in fast food and I try to be patient with fast food restaurants because I know it isn’t the easiest or best place to work, but this visit was sub par and the food was not as good as it typically is. Don’t get me wrong, I love burger King and will still be going back, but definitely not back to this location.

Super-​friendly service, but the food is usually disappointing. I guess a fair question to ask, «why do you keep going back?» NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!

This Burger King, with all the charm of a 50s style diner, has the best customer service of all the kingdom. They are very polite, patient, and prompt. On the rare occasion that they make a mistake, they are quick to resolve. I appreciate that very much.
Also, this Burger King in particular seems cleaner than the others (admittedly I usually use the others drive thru more than the inside, but still cleaner all around). The food comes out very fast here, and well put together. They take pride in trying to give you a Whopper that looks like the picture and not the kind that you might get at other locations, with the cheese half off and mayo on the top of the bun.
Conveniently located at Speedway and Pantano, this place is royally good. Check them out if you haven’t. You’ll be impressed.

I remember going here when i was younger because my mom is obsessed with elvis and this burger king is a 50s style diner and hes everywhere. it seemed kinda cool back then but now not so much. plus it was kinda dirty but the food was ok cant go wrong on whopper mondays.

Kinda strange that this burger king would go with a 50’s diner feel. This place has pink tables and records on the ceiling. It’s almost as if this place wants to be like lil anthonys. As far as food well… Made by an under paid high school kid. But when hunger pains hit and you need a fast fix then I guess flame broiled is not so bad.
