Was the worst. Feeling cheated. Dislike everything about this location. Should be closed down. Giving the brand such a terrible name.

Can’t handle the noise level!!! Good food. Nice remodel. Very limited happy hr. Wine too expensive and don’t post prices. Just too noisy. Why does it have to have loud music in addition to tvs and people Won’t go again

Everytime I’ve came here it’s nothing but rude employees, they never look happy. Food is good, but they ruin it. For pick up orders, they take forever to answer the phone calls, but when you go in the people are just standing there.

This place should be put out of business! The food is terrible, the service is non existent, and if you tell the manager of what had happened they are like, «Oh well»… Buffalo? More like B.S.

Hair in my sandwich. I got another one, but still had to pay for it. My waiter was nice and was training a new employee, hats off to him.

Update: I saw that this place had a renovation so I stopped in for some beer and wings. I sat at the bar for a good ten minutes before getting up and walking out. Too bad they keep hiring the same useless staff. I’ll never come back again.

Love BWW but this location has horrible service and I hate that they don’t let people in during a game. Your losing business! Not smart like the staff that told me they couldn’t give me a waiting time. No thank you will stick to one by my house.

Too much noise at this place and no good care customer, food is ok nothing special. Coming back another time.

Hadn’t been here in along time so I had some extra spending money and decided to go out to eat with my mom. First of all I asked for a side of shredded cheese with my chips and all they gave you is a dipping sauce container with cheese. Hardly enough for the big portion of mediocre chips they give you. I order a burger and tell the server bacon, cheese meat only. She repeats it back correct. Mom orders a ceasar salad asked to be tossed with ranch.
Meals come and burger has EVERYTHING on it. Salad is tossed in Cesar dressing. Burger gets sent away and comes back a few minutes later (I can only assume it was the same burger) and the bun is cold and the fries luke warm. Salad comes back but even though it was originally ordered with NO PARMESAN it had Parmesan.
Got a manager to take my burger back and maybe 10 minutes later it comes back the way it should have to begin with.
We get the bill and notice we got charged double but they «comped» the first set of WRONG meals then gave us a small discount on top of that while charging us for the second set of meals.
After a bit of back and forth with the manager he comped the entire meal (after we told him we shouldn’t have to pay for incorrect food) but not without him saying that they are the business to make money and they can’t go and comp everyone’s meals who don’t like their food. I pointed out to him that it wasn’t the case of not liking the food (and that their cooks messed it up not us) but that for me my food, was one incorrect and two cold and the salad technically was wrong both times.
The place was packed so the whole «we cant comp meals because we don’t make money» is just a cop out.
This will be the last time I go here again.

Great food. I really like the chicken nachos and the boneless wings. I really like the update they did recently especially the extra /​updated/​bigger tvs. The only thing I don’t like is a lot of times when I try to get the easier or waitresses attention it is very hard to do so but other than that it is always a really good experience.

This place has really taken a turn for AMAZING! Love the food and staff. Great drink specials. Want to eat here all the time! Going now!

Avoid avoid avoid… Luke warm food, dry wings with sauce drizzled on top… really who does this? Slow service…:not like any other Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to.

This location of Buffalo Wild Wings is one that I would definitely not recommend to anyone. We read the reviews before visiting but decided to overlook the poor rating and give it a try.
First, the place was PACKED! We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and decided to sit on the benches out side. 30 minutes later, my husband goes inside to ask when we are going to be called. They said they skipped us and that they called our name but that they don’t announce it outside. So we waited another ten minutes. I’ve never heard of a restaurant with a seating area out front that does not have speakers for the guests waiting there.
The only highlight of our meal was my daughter’s mini corn dogs, which are really hard to mess up. I ordered boneless wings and they came looking like chicken nuggets with a skimpy drizzle of sauce. I had to ask for extra sides of sauce to even be able to taste the flavor. My husband ordered 15 bone in wings and, just as all the other reviews have said, they were soggy and under cooked. They were even pink inside. We pointed this out to the waitress to which she chuckled, mumbled and apology, and offered to «throw them back in». No thanks. My husband didn’t eat a single wing, and yet they still charged us for them.
Listen to the reviews on this location and drive the extra distance to another one. It’ll be worth the extra 15 minute drive.

I love my BWW but the staff at this location is horrible! Told us 40 min wait which I’m OK with on a Friday night. But not when I see tables empty for 10 min+ waiting for someone to clean them and there are 4 – 5 staff hanging around the hostess table. Haven’t even sat down yet and I had to leave my review. Let’s hope the actual dining experience is better.

First let me start off with this… it’s not buffalo wild wings it’s buffalo child wings! The wings are probably the smallest you can find in town and also the driest wing in town. There was such a lack of sauce on my wings I could’ve just got them naked honestly. One side of the wings had a little drizzle of sauce but when I flipped the wings over there was no sauce on any of them. Now to talk about the service which I’d rather not but I will. As long as this place hires kids that focus more on their phones than their job responsibilities this place will continue to receive bad reviews. Numerous times i have been forgotten about or have been served cold food and whenever I’m invited to buffalo child wings I mention other places becuase I wouldn’t feed it to my friends or family.

I have been here several times. Service is awful. If it’s not the waiter over sharing on his personal life to being completely ignored and never getting refills on your drinks. I only order the garlic parmesan wings, which are ok. I can’t comment any other menu items. This is definitely not my favorite place.

This BWW is horrible when compared to other BWW across the country. The service here has been slow and it seems that the waiters/​waitresses go out of their way to ignore you. Additionally the food is sub-​standard, the wings here never taste good.

I use to go here with some friends years ago and the service was great. I went here with some other friends for lunch and WOW they were soooo slow and the service was non-​existent. After the server took our order we did not see her until we got our food 45 minutes later. I asked for my check when the food came out and we did not see her for 10 minute and I had to ask for my check again letter her know that I had to leave. You would have thought that would have sped things up, but it did not. So what we thought would be a quick and easy lunch was took us almost an hour and a half. We were not the only ones, everyone around us seemed to be just sitting around waiting to be waited on or waiting on their food.
On a side note the food was just OK.
The plus side of the whole experience was while we were waiting there were plenty of TVs with lots of different sports going on.

Good boneless wings. Beer is cold. Sports cheering and rooting going on in the bar area.
Would get 4 stars but in the middle of a play off game they started changing the channel not just once but on 2 occasions.
Bartenders were very busy almost so busy with table orders they forgot about the people at the bar. They were pleasant but very busy.

I was a lover of this Buffalo Wild Wings and have been eating here for 4 years but NO MORE.
The last 3 times we have eaten here the food hasn’t been up to standard at all the 1^st time the food started going bad it was a take out order and the wings were super dry (boneless wings) we were at home so I called the manager and explained my food wasnt up to standard he argued with ME about my food been ok :/​bad customer service, but after arguing with him for 10 minutes he gave us credit for food. About a week after we decided to use our credit so my husband went and got a carry out but we had the same issue with our food and hadnt eaten there again until today.
I decided to give them another try so ordered a carry out and got EXTRA sauce on my wings… well I sure did get EXTRA sauce my wrap was dripping but I got NO ranch (it was a chicken ranch wrap) and the smallest amount of lettuce like seriously about 3 small pieces certainly couldnt taste it.
I wont be giving them another chance… it’s a shame because this was my top choice for both lunch and dinner but not anymore something has drastically changed here and not for the better… save your money and keep driving past!!!
